Mandeville Physical Therapy & Wellness

Called and made appt and asked about insurance. It was brushed off and said we will bill you if needed. Got a $533 bill bc insurance didn't pay...Mind you this is 2 visits. Also got charged $70 cancellation charges, which I will admit to missing one due to work conflict, but called for the other. They said I signed paperwork and knew...paperwork was "sign here, here and inital here" thing. You want to trust when doing these things but geez..

This is the second time I’ve experienced this. First time I was the patient. Canceled appointments via phone call and was charged no show fees and sent to collections despite disputing them. Most recently my wife was the patient. Canceled remaining appointments with ample notice. Disputed charges with their book keeper. Thought it was resolved. Now she has been sent to collections for no show fees. This shady business practice overshadows any service they provide in my opinion. Warning to the wise. Go elsewhere unless you enjoy the nickel and dime treatment.

A truly great experience with the whole team at Mandeville Physical Therapy and Wellness. The personal touch from my first visit, after hip replacement, to my last therapy session was amazing. I would recommend anyone needing physical therapy to go see Matt and his team. Thank you for caring and helping me recover.

Most doctors choose the physical therapy treatment facility for their patients, sadly, these patients don't realize that they can choose where they want to go for their physical therapy needs.I chose Mandeville's Physical Therapy & Wellness over Sportsmed and OTC because they provide more of a personal touch to their services. With them I don't feel like another number being pushed through to get the next patient in. The staff is very caring to my needs without losing their professionalism. There is also great parking. I highly recommend Mandeville Physical Therapy & Wellness to anyone who expects the highest quality of care!

They helped me recover from total knee replacements two different times. Great experience and my knees are doing very well!

Amazing place and staff, the physical therapy staff and level of care are amazing and top notch compared to other places that I have been to, I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for amazing therapy!!!
