As an office manager at a dental office, making patients feel welcome is our priority. Today I took my mother to her appointment, my mother was a new patient. The receptionist just stared at me and I had to ask her if there was a sign in sheet. She was not friendly at all. I don’t know if they were training her but even a smile or hello would’ve been nice. Everyone else was happy and welcoming. Hopefully next time we go she has a smile on her face.

Hi, I tell you that I do not agree with the company's collection system, which seems opportunistic and almost a scam to me. I have missed 2 appointments, one with a call to reschedule and another that I missed. The company called me to change an appointment because one of the therapists was not going to be able to be there, that is, there are 2 missed appointments for me and 1 missed appointment for the company. Now I have to pay $25.00 and they don't pay me anything if a therapist can't. The company tells me that I sign the contract which I did not understand at the time that way, but it is still an injustice because I pay and they CAN change my appointments. The therapists are excellent. I have no complaints about the professional's service. IT'S ONLY THE $25.00 FINE. In other words, my daughter had 2 vaccines in both shoulders and she is still sore but I have to bring her because otherwise I would be ruined by paying $25.00 for each missed appointment. It is unfair.

The staff at this location are so kind! They do a great job with therapy and genuinely care. Front desk is nice and almost everyone speaks Spanish. Highly recommend this location for therapy.
