I regretted extending my mom's sessions at this place. The office is full of unprofessional and gossipy staff (with the exception of Liberty who's been so helpful and patient in helping my mom recover); the main physical therapist whom we consulted with babbled and rambled nonsense and was condenscending and offensive; tv in the waiting room is always in full blast; guests/patients in waiting room with their cell phones in full blast yet no one from the reception area ever told them off despite a no-cell-phone notice posted in the room.

This is not a rehabilitation facility or a place to receive care. It’s just a scam for them to charge your insurance. They have old and broken equipment. Staff, that is untrained and unprofessional . They have no idea what to do. At one point some guy with a white coat showed up and started making obscene jokes about killing himself . Every time one of the girls at the front desk would give him some information he kept saying “ the day you tell me what to do is the same day I will kill myself”…. the same doctor constantly made jokes and talked about what he did when he was younger and how everyone revered him, the second I told him my problem and symptoms and asked how I’m gonna be helped today he went on his phone and googled my symptoms, Read to me what I had just told him and walked in the hallway and pointed at a picture of a muscular anatomy and showed me what I had just told him. Then he started quizzing me on things that he should know to help. And when I said, I don’t know, he said “ the day you know more than me is the same day I will kill myself”. I’m pretty sure he was high on something. Equipment is old and broken from 25 years ago. I’ve seen them take advantage of people who are kind and in need of help and were sent there by their insurance and think “ well my insurance is paying for this, and I’m sure they know what they’re doing” these people have no idea what they’re doing They’re just wasting your time and scamming your insurance

Customer service? Where? I knew it was bad when the male receptionist was rude as I was scheduling my first appointment. Hoped it was a bad day, but I guess all days are bad days for him because he’s always exceptionally demeaning. And that’s a guarantee. The place is disorganized. Only one Asian PT nurse really runs the place while everyone sits around doing nothing. They tell you to ring the bell if the EMS machine hurts too much. I rang that bell 20+ times before I was met with that short tempered male receptionist. I could even see a young nurse blatantly ignore my bell ringing from the open door. The head doctor tried to gaslight me by telling me it’s supposed to hurt but I had EMS treatments there before that were intense but never hurt. Talk about customer care! They hardly know her there. If you get referred here, stay away! You’re better off somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I'm so upset about this place that I cannot even begin to write this review. Unfortunately Google doesn't have the option for "0" starts for this awful place. I'm even having trouble understanding how a place like this exist in the US. This place and its service is the typical of MO of places in Bangladesh, Kabul or the worsts third world countries. On the first appointment, it took for me to call them 4 times and each time I was put on hold for 10 minutes each time. After I finally got to talk to someone (very rude BTW) I was given an appointment 20 days away. That appointment didn't go so bad just for the mere fact that the therapist was a 40 year experience therapist because if it was for the rude receptionist that would have been a sour experience as well. Here is the worst part. I was given my second appointment for a Saturday 11:30 AM. I showed up on time just to find out that the same rude receptionist that I interacted with the first time, gave me the appointment card but failed to record the appointment on the appointments book. Not only that, but my chart could not even be found so that they could confirm in fact that I have an appointment or to see what my problem and treatment was. I asked for my referral so that I could make an appointment at another medical facility but they said "the referral is in your chart and we can't find it". At that point I have to leave before I had to do something stupid at that place. Do not schedule any PT at this place. Thrust me it is not worth it even a consideration to be treated at this horrendous place.

The doctor is very professional. I feel like he cares for the customer, but at the same time, the work that they make you do is light. I’ve had scar tissue on my leg for a while now and the only time he gives me an ultrasound to break up the scar torture in my knee is when I ask him too. They don’t prioritize the real problem, and as a young 21 year old male with a successful career as an apprentice lineman in front of him, I can vouch and say that this place isn’t for athletes. Try to switch as soon as you can to Balencia Sports Medicine or Next Level.

This place is a joke, they expect you to wear masks, but one therapist I think wore his mask below his nose another person therapist? Maybe? didn't even wear a mask and when I question them about cleaning their pens when you sign in, the rude receptionist said we clean them and I said I haven't seen anyone clean them she said they would be cleaning them and then someone else chimed in and said she mumbled something and I said what did you say she showed me a bottle of hand sanitizer you can use this then the owner manager chimed in and said how do you know we don't clean our machines and stuff I said because every time I come no one has I haven't seen anyone clean anything and the one bicycle had dust all over it so I know they're not cleaning and the one room that they put you in looks like a storage room of stuff they asked do you want to use the bike? then leave the room to talk at the receptionist desk one lady while I was there was sitting on the chair and she slipped off & fell right on the floor her shoe goes flying the other stuff goes flying and one girl comes running in what happened what happened well if they were in the room they would have avoided her falling on the floor she said she wasn't hurt but I can't believe that she didn't hurt herself when I was getting treatment in another room where they have two tables I didn't see anyone cleaning anything they hook you up to these probes or whatever their electro's they give you a bell and say if you me ring the bell they leave you there for 15-20 minutes the pillows they put clean pillow cases on nothing very very dirty and rude I actually am not going back I'm going to a different facility be cautious because they are so rude that if they don't write your appointment in their book they accuse you of not having an appointment and want you to show the appointment card that they give you and they argue with you.

My mother has been going for severe limitation of her hands due to a fracture and nerve root impingement. First, the customer service is horrible. Second, extremely disorganized with staff that doesn't know their right from their left. Third, the therapist has literally been completely inattentive and neglectful of her goals which is unacceptable for any therapist. A disgrace to the practice of OT/Rehab.

they are very disorganized to begin with. I had the first appointment at 8:30 and never saw anyone until almost 9:00. The receptionist had no idea what my deductible was because there was no file in front of her. When they finally did call me in I was put into a room while they went to "find" my file. Even after they had my file apparently the entries on it were wrong - they almost did a procedure that could have done some real damage to my neck. Now lets talk about the therapy room. OMG! one room with multiple beds in it - no privacy at all. When I went up to the desk to explain that I would not be making any further appointments the receptionist was on the phone and never even looked up to acknowledge me - so I just walked out - and will be talking to my doctor about this awful place.
