Everyone there was so kind. The receptionist helped me renew a program to get my visit covered and was so kind when I was visibly upset. The person who took my information and vitals was the nicest person I've ever encountered in a doctors office. Dr. Bouvier was amazing. She got me the right information and was pleased to help me. 1000% would recommend.

I do not write reviews, but I have to go out of my way for this one. This hospital is truly incredible, every staff member is absolutely amazing. I wish I lived nearby so they could be my go to. Dr Walker is so sweet and caring. The nurses were top tier and truly caring. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and peace of mind! 10 out of 5 stars!

Understanding the complexity of my problems has never been as easy for me and my husband since I started seeing Dr. Karch. The staff is extremely helpful and thorough. I understand why Dr Karch and his staff come so highly recommended.

Dr. Clark is the most caring and compassionate doctor! He really takes the time to listen. If you want a doctor who is truly invested in your well-being, I would highly suggest you visitor Dr. Clark. Thank you to Dr. Clark, his assistant, Logan, as well as the staff at Sierra Park Clinic.

They have a great staff. They took very good care of me. Everyone had a great personality and did everything to make you comfortable. Even the Chef went out of her way to make the food that you would like and made sure you had enough to eat.

Doctors and Therapists are top flight. It would be five stars but for the back office challenges of staffing and scheduling. PT appointments are backed up from 2 to 4 weeks, and while there is priority for 2 post op weeks, it's largely on the patient to keep asking "what's available?" PT should be scheduled at the outset so patients can focus on recovery and have continuity with therapists.

Therapists & staff are excellent and professional. Requiring the patient to have to make their appointments for the allotted week starting on the Monday of prior week only to many times not being able to get an appointment until 3 weeks later due to appointments already been filled!! Not only is that a PIA & ridiculous, it more importantly compromises the continuity of care. What a downgrade from previous way(s) of making one’s appointments. What a frustrating experience. BTW, I’m not a stranger to the system—I ran the Myers & Associates PT office in the late ‘90’s & have been a patient off and on in the past couple of decades, 2021 prior to this last stint. Since scheduling appointments is an important part of treatment & the continuity of care is compromised by this system, I can’t give the 5 stars I would’ve had this been 2021. This system has to be improved.

I originally booked 10:00 AM, but when I arrived to the office to check in,they didn't have my name on the appointment . They scheduled me in at 10:15 AM which is very nice. I have to wait for 45 mins in order to see my Doctor. I have to check in with receptionist again in order for the nerve to callt me in.
