Terrible customer service and desk management. I called and had to leave a message because no one answered the phone during core business hours. I asked to have ONE appointment cancelled and all three scheduled appointments were canceled. Patients are stacked up while therapists rush between patients

I had surgery 12-10-20 I've called Friday,Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday no one never called me back when they said they would. I used them last year and they would book 3 clients with one therapist. I would sit in a room not seeing anyone for a whole hour. It is a conveyer belt there
