Majestic Mountain Care Center

My brother is currently a resident there. My interaction with staff is pleasant and the ladies seem very nice. However, they have their resident/patient telephone line disconnected and act shocked when told it’s not working. Even after numerous reporting the line is down, they act like they didn’t know. Not addressing the issue shows a lack of compassion and regard for the families of and patients they are trusted to care for. When you fail at small stuff, the big stuff become disasters.

New owners are changing the facility for the better. Very happy with all aspects of the care and attention provided my wife. In particular, the rehab is outstanding for stroke recovery. I am well pleased.

I felt welcomed the moment I entered the door till I left. I spent 3 hours with my lifelong best friend. I am so impressed with the Staff, cleanliness of facility, dinner, snacks and so much caring. I look forward to visiting my friend as much as possible. Love ❤️ her and she loves me too. I visited my 2 friends today. I was impressed with support i g I t from Staff and attention to detail and gentle care they gave helping my friend get settled in today. My other friend was having a tough day and the Staff stayed with her until she was able to sleep. It is never easy to not go home after medical event. Life feels unfair but it is comforting to know. These wonderful people are they to help our loved ones through these times. I was there 2 years ago with prior mgmt and now with new. I have felt positive through both.

My Mom spent 3yrs at the facility, before she past. I made friends with her two roommates and like to visit with them as much as I can. Also, the staff has a place in my heart. Especially the ones that cared for my Mom. They are great!

The staff was helpful. Our friends said they are well taken care of there.

A group of dedicated professionals doing God's work!! Everything there perfect?? Probably not but they are running a close second!! God bless everyone who works there and we notice the dedication! Keep up the good work and thank you!!

I’m very thankful to the staff working with my mom to get my her more mobile and homebound. Sincerely
