This used to be a good clinic when they first opened up, however ever since covid it really went downhill fast. There was barely any staff and they are always in rotation. Especially since they set up a new technology system, it's so hard to get anyone to help. The whole thing from trying to make an appointment, to checking in, paying co-pay, it's all a hassle. Even making an appt online, they gave me an option to for 7:40am. Didn't know they open at 8am until I got there! The doctors came late but I didn't get seen until an hour and a half later after I asked to be seen. I was the only one in the waiting room. Ridiculous.

Everything was fast and easy! I made my appointment online and I received a text 30 minutes prior the open spot they had. I arrived, checked in at the kiosk and was seated for a minute in the lobby before I was called back to a room. The nurse and Dr. were friendly and caring. The facility was extremely clean. I will go back for future needs.

Excellent experience. We registered online to accelerate the process. We were taken back to the patient room within 5 minutes of arriving. Only took about 30 minutes in the room. The doctor and nurses were attentive and showed care throughout the process. I would highly recommend this practice.

Filled out all the paperwork electronically via phone. There was an option to use their ipads. The office had refreshments while waiting, but gratefully, the wait was not very long. Staff was extremely cordial and professional. Nurse practitioner was well knowledgeable and addressed my needs.

Always have to wait long even registered online first. No one in the front desk, ever. The nurse is indifferent and has zero experience with a two year old kid. The nurse won’t greet you or show any compassion, you feel she definitely does not like her job.

The hours and information online and over the horrible call service are inaccurate. I still haven't had a callback from yesterday. I went inside and used their kiosk option to speak with someone immediately and waited over 6 minutes. I heard someone in the back listening to R&B music and called out for help only to be ignored. We will never go back.

The doctor and assistant were both very nice your system though is not a good one I came for a boil and a sinus infection but could only be seen for one. I am now at Physicians Care for my sinuses which even they find ridiculous. Also had to call back because I was charged and wasn’t supposed to be!

ETA: The NP Valencia was amazing. My experience thus far with Mainstreet Family Care has been nothing short of a nightmare. Upon attempting to utilize their virtual check-in system, I was met with constant glitches and failures. Upon arrival at the clinic, the kiosk proved to be equally problematic, freezing repeatedly. When I sought assistance, the virtual support staff displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, exhibiting a horrible attitude and outright rudeness. To add insult to injury, there was a noticeable absence of staff at the front desk, leaving patients stranded and frustrated. Meanwhile, the unmistakable sounds of employees gossiping and laughing in the background only heightened my sense of disbelief at the utter lack of professionalism. While I am still awaiting my daughter's medical care, I can only hope that it surpasses the abysmal standards set by Mainstreet Family Care's administrative team. Until then, I strongly advise against trusting this establishment with your healthcare needs.
