Great Staff. Physical therapist was knowledgeable and helpful. My issue is with billing. I had $40 co-pays charged to an account at the time of visit. I stopped treatment in February. The billing cycle ended March 3 and I paid in full on March 6. They added a bill of $40 in April. Now they want $160 in May. In April, they claimed it was for a February visit. We cleared things up. They forgave the bill so in April I owed them nothing again. They are adamant that I owe them $160 this month for services in January. I suggest paying at the time of visit and get a receipt.
