Unfortunately I have never witnessed and experienced so much neglect in my life. They constantly cancel appointments on me. I was in a bike accident last year and still trying to get the proper help. The bed side manners are horrible! And everyone puts each other down. 2 people recently walked out as well. That right there tells you something is up !! There's a few I can count on one hand that are good at what they do !! And that act like they care

I saw Dr. Kipp for a foot issue that I have been having for a while after all other treatment plans failed. Dr. Kipp made me feel comfortable and heard. He knew my background coming in had all the test results and came up with a treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Kipp. Him and his team were amazing! Will definitely see him if more feet issues arise.

Went in last Nov 23, had to get an EMG done had to go to Northern Inland because of wait, had it done 2 days after xmas. Since then 2 different hospitals have contacted me to get the same thing done again. I informed both places that procedure was already done, the both apologized for the mixup. Still waiting to get results and treatment appt from MGO. Ridiculous amount of time to get a path to healing (5 months on Monday)

Woman who called gave me an attitude when she I told her I couldn't do a 1:30 appointment on 4 hours notice. They expect you to be on time or they kick you out but theyre not on time themselves.

Dr. Ramirez has done my carpal tunnel surgery, both partial knee replacements and a hip replacement, And I am getting the second hip done this summer. Not only does he have my total confidence (I am a Biology teacher) in his knowledge and expertise, but his care for his patients is outstanding. If you have been following his career, you will know he employs the best and most improved procedures. I would not go to anyone else!

For my first appointment, they turned me away because they "didn't have" my paperwork that referred me to them. 20 minutes later, they called me because they HAD the paperwork, but the "new person" put it aside because they had no idea what it was or what to do with it. For my follow-up appointment a mo the later, I was scheduled for 9:00 am. It was almost 9:30 before anyone even came out to see me...and it wasn't even the person that I was scheduled to see for my appointment. This is a very poorly run operation.

I have been seeing Dr. Ramirez for over 10 years. He has done many surgeries on both of my knees. I have been to other knee docs before but none can ever compare to him. His work is perfectly done (no hack jobs), he has great bedside manner and is very informative and patient with any and all questions asked.

Dr. Golden saw my sister in 2015 for a knee injury and told her that do to her weight there was nothing he could do for her. She was scheduled to see him again, per recommendation of her primary care doctor and her rheumatologist. Dr. Golden’s office just called her and informed her that the doctor declined seeing her and told her to stick with someone else. Seems to me this office is discriminating against her because of her weight. Shame on them!
