Over a year ago i sprained my foot jogging. It got better overtime but was still very sore especially when i became active. I went here to try to find a true result. I thought everyone here was very nice and they knew what they were talking about to find a result. They showed me many different stretches i should do and respected the fact i wanted to be shown techniques i can do myself at home vs be a forever patient. I went here 3 times and with the different stretches and icing i can finally say it is no longer painful when im active. I am appreciative with the great service they provided me!
