Main Street Medical Center

Showed up with a large laceration on my hand. The Dr. or PA told me they were booked up solid I would have to drive to Taos 40 miles away. Total disregard for my safety and health. Would have taken half an hour out of their day to suture me. Terrible people.

So impressed & thankful for this place when my son developed pneumonia on our vacation. The sweet receptionist & PA Jessica were both phenomenal.

Jessica Cross cared for me like no doctor I’ve ever had. She took the time to listen to me and I felt heard. She made me feel seen. She is honestly such a blessing to have in Red River, and if all were like her, the world would be a much better place.

Jessica Cross is the most competent , amazing , smart and emotionally intelligent professionals in the medical field .She listens to her patients and is always willing to help figure out what their medical needs are. I have had to go to different doctors due to location but I always return to Jessica. She makes me feel heard and respected .

I had a great experience at Main Street Medical. I stupidly got in poison ivy just before our vacation, so by the time I got to Red River, I was in a state! Jessica Cross was so sweet and understanding and she knew just what to do to make me feel better. Thank you, Jessica!

I got sick while I was on vacation in Red River and went to this clinic. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The nurse practitioner was extremely thorough and obviously a very caring person. She had the medicines that I needed so that I didn't even have to drive to Taos to a pharmacy. In addition, they did not take my insurance, but when given the total due for office visit, lab test and two medicines, I was pleasantly surprised. I expected it to be much, much more. Highly recommend.

More than a good medical practitioner, we value the fact that you were a good listener. More than being just professionals, we value the fact that your staff’s attitude was exceptional.
