This hospital is a breath of fresh air it does a outstanding job I'm comparing it to others ones including out of state. I would highly recommend them they are educated and make proper diagnois from the people from desk answering phones the nurses the doctor's they have wonderful team. They are on top of things they are awesome and they make the medical field look good if my health is at risk they always got me back on track. I honestly love this hospital. I gave birth to both kids there and still see our main provider there. But the ER is not it anymore. Went in today for my daughter with her not feeling well. But the doctor who was working made me feel like I was a bad mom and just made the whole room uncomfortable. Not very happy with my experience. He has done this once before and I honestly am annoyed for his poor bedside manner. As someone who also works in healthcare I would not ever make someone uncomfortable or make them feel bad.

Providers are well adversed in their specialties, easy to communicate with they not only listened to my health complaints they heard me. Some of their nursing staff and administrative team (with Plans not always well thought out) can be considered snarky at times. I hope with the money MHP received from the State of Iowa for conducting that idiotic pain study/research status post surgical patients they will open up a much needed Cath Lap. What better way to help treat the numerous increase of cardiac patients secondary to drug addiction.

She Take Her Time To Get To Know Her Patients, As Well To Seeing About Her Patients & Getting You The Proper Treatment You Need.She Shows That She’s Very Caring & Concerning About Her Patients As Well As The Kids & Babies. Went in for an x-ray, staff made me feel welcome and heard, I was very nervous but they answered all of my questions. Brooke was an awesome tech. Highly recommend!

Saw Dr. Wood. He is very personal and great at making you feel heard and valued. Mary his nurse was also personable and kind. The receptionist were happy and helpful. The office was clean and organized. The best doctor and office I have been to in a long time.

I cannot express the gratitude I have for this hospital. Where I was with medical needs was a bad place, among others until I met Dr. Zacharjasz. Being his patient for a year and a half now has changed so much in my life. Thanks to him I got all the diagnosis' I badly needed, tests I needed, sent me to doctors and surgeons who diagnosed me as well. Because of Dr. Zacharjasz, I've now had 3 surgeries and planning my 4th. He, my surgeons Dr. Riggs, Dr. Schwimley, and Dr. Gehrke, pain mgmt doctors Dr. Kroenenberg, Dr. Shaw who literally called me at home himself, simply blew me away, and all of the nurses, Jen, Amber who diligently worked hard for me, this hospital is family to me. I have never been treated with so much kindness in my life. A++ Hospital. My very deepest thank you to Dr. Zacharjasz for all he's done to reshape my life. Along the way I've faced many medical problems that hit me out of nowhere. When I was told tests were needed to scan for a brain tumor and cancer, he took immediate care of not just those, but of how scared I was. Exemplary doctor and person. I aim to emulate my life in the ways he is.

Doctors barley try to figure out what is going on and they do the minimum just so they can say they did something so they can get paid
