I can't say enough good things about Magnolia Post Acute Care. The staff here are incredibly compassionate and attentive, making sure every resident feels cared for and respected. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment for recovery and rehabilitation. The nursing team is top-notch, always professional, and quick to respond to any concerns. I have seen multiple residents experience significant improvement since being here, and it's all thanks to the dedicated care provided by the entire Magnolia team. Highly recommend!

This place is a real 5-star!! Staff are very welcoming and very catering to all their guests and residents! Staff welcomes everyone a smile, very well dressed, and the residents are well taken care of. I will definitely bring my family back to this place🥰

I was there visiting my dad and we had two issues. We needed a wheelchair and the bed would not go up and down. I asked for maintenance and the maintenance director came and took care of everything in a flash. She was so helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you again

I had an extended stay here to recover from surgery, I needed extensive pt. Don't expect much from it. At most I got 10 minutes a day 5 days a week. They did nearly nothing in my recovery. More often than not I had to roll my wheelchair to the office to find out if I would get help that day, when I did get help it was an absolute minimum. The staff spent most of their time locked in to their computers in the pt room. Overall I think this place is kind of a joke.

Wow! I don’t know where to even begin… when my mom was being looked after at this facility I was scared that she would have a bad experience since this was out first time need to place my mom in a facility. Everything from the front desk staff to the entire nursing staff was amazing. Everyone was kind and compassionate and took great care of my mom. I would ask her to make sure she was well taken care of and she only had good things to say. She was able to quickly recover and I know that the attention and care she received while at Magnolia had a lot to do with her fast recovery. Thank you to all the staff and the hard working nurses who did an amazing job.

The idea of sending our loved ones into a Nursing home is truly nerve wracking, well at least to us, especially this is our first time and it's for our beloved Grammy. It was really a struggle finding a reliable Nursing Home on our part, but coming across Magnolia Post Acute, which was from a friend's recommendation, i think was the best decision we've made. Grammy kept telling us how amazing her nurses and aids were, also how she loved engaging on all the patient social activities. The care they rendered were always patient-centered and we cant thank them all enough. They always make sure that our dear Grammy receives all the care she needed and that's the best part of it. Kudos to all the Staff /Employees of Magnolia Post Acute for going above and beyond our expectations. You guys rock!

I have visited several skilled nursing facilities around San Diego and Magnolia Post Acute is one of the very best. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Ellie the social worker, Paul the Executive Director along with many others truly help the patients feel cared for like family. It can be difficult to be away from home while recovering, but Magnolia Post Acute makes recovering a little easier with top of the line care and rehab.
