Madsen Physical Therapy

Scott is a wonderful physical therapist, and I have returned to him several times over the years for various injuries. He is very patient and understanding and provides excellent care. The staff is super friendly, and you can tell he enjoys his work. He also has a great bedside manner, which I feel is still a rarity among medical professionals. I highly recommend him if you need PT.

I have seen Scott for three separate injuries. He has helped me get back to normal everytime. Everytime I see him, he has given me paperwork with exercises and stretches to help me, even after we are done with my appointments. My most recent visits were for a pinched nerve in my neck. My insurance was giving me a hard time getting an MRI. I went to eight visits with a chiropractor and got nothing out of it. Scott knew what needed to be done just by me explaining my symptoms. He did stretches and massages and got me feeling good within a short amount of time. I was concerned I may have needed surgery but not after seeing Scott. It has been a couple months now and I no longer have symptoms from the pinched nerve. He has also helped me with my lower back, mid back and shoulder. When those issues flare up. I do the exercises that he showed me and the problems go away. I highly recommend seeing him for your physical therapy needs. I have no clue what that poor review is about. Scott and his staff have been nothing but kind and helpful everytime I call or go in there.

The front desk lady was very sweet and kind to us. We give her a 5 star rating. However the physical therapist acted like a punk with his nose in the air and "Mask up" were the only two words he said to my fiancee and I. Not a nice greeting or anything along the lines of professional. Very disappointed.

I asked for help but the lady said “no” go find help. LIKE GURL THIS IS THERAPY YOUR SUPPOSED TO HELP ME-!! Maybe she should find a new job, but I’m not calling out any names ehem,(Tammy).

This is a very good place to rehabilitate your injury and get you back on your feet. The therapist is both gentle and effective.

Excellent therapy which always alleviates my lower back pain!!
