Dr. Dale and staff was very helpful in getting me back to my quality of life after having a hip replacement. They were very attentive to my needs as well as knowledgeable to helping me achieve goals. What I loved most is because they are a smaller office is the one on one and no wait time for your appointment. Also, the staff is very friendly and you don't seem like just another patient. It feels like you're going to visit really good friends! I can't thank them enough for my great experience in my therapy. I had tried several physical therapist in my twenty years here In Madison but I was extremely disappointed with all of them until about about 14 years ago when I tried Madison Physical Therapy run by Dale Russell. He and his staff have treated me for many issues like my back, shoulder, knee , arm , hip and neck. I have been seen by all of his staff and all have been superb! I have probably had close to 100 treatments there. The thing that sets Madison Physical Therapy apart from the others is the quality and hands on treatment for the better part of your visit! Unlike others that show you an exercise and then hooks you up to electric stimulation and heat and then sends you on your way Dale spends at least a full hour with you giving you a comprehensive treatment. Also Dale’s has the best therapist with great skills, knowledge and the best attitudes in the business! I tell my daughter who is a Medical Doctor I have received more pain relief at Madison Physical Therapy than all the doctors I have seen in my 72 years! I promise you that if you tell your doctor you want to be referred to Dale Russell’s office instead of the one your Doctor normally send patients to you will not be disappointed! To me Madison Physical Therapy is a gift to this community! They are the nearest things to miracle workers that the Huntsville/Madison area has to offer!

I have used the services of Madison Physical Therapy on several occasions, mainly post-op physical therapy for arthroscopic knee procedures. I have always been impressed with the level of care and appreciate the time that Dale and his staff take to listen to my concerns and answer my questions.
