Madison Healthplex Performance Training Center

I wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for the growth and development of this Healthplex over the years. The cleanliness, culture, and classes have made a massive transition to the upside and the value of the membership is reinforced by the smiling face and warm greeting of every staff member throughout the facility. No community is developed by accident, but rather with hard work and intention. While I do have my favorites like Kelly, Brandi, Neil, and Rhonda, I am excited every day to add to that list of staff members I love to introduce to newcomers, by meeting more and more people that are genuinely interested in people in a cutting edge facility that provides a safe space for everyone to become a better version of themselves. Again, I know this does not happen by accident, so I want to purposefully thank you all for what you do, how you do it, and respect how committed you are to showing up every day. Dr. (h.c.) I'm updating my post from 3 years ago. I still love this place! I am still doing bootcamp and yoga and love the coaches and instructors. I can't say enough good things about the Healthplex! I have been a member of Madison Healthplex since it was established over 5 years ago and I cannot say enough good things! I do bootcamp in the Performance Center four mornings a week and yoga three days. I love all the classes, but particularly love these, the water classes and Barre. All of the instructors and coaches are top notch, excellent and knowledgeable. They are continually updating their fitness knowledge and qualifications. They care about my fitness and help me remain injury free even though I am 63 years old. Everyone, from the front desk to the coaches, instructors, administrator, marketing and support staff are the best in the business and actually become like family. The prices for membership and bootcamp are very reasonable. I highly recommend Madison Healthplex!

Staff are super nice and treat everyone with respect. Gym floor have quite a bit of machines and everything I need is there. The pool area is awesome. Cold plunge and hot tub and two pools. The locker rooms are well equipped and always clean. The classes they offer are great and vary in experience levels. Overall this is by far the best healthplex in the area.

This is the best gym that I have ever used. The facility is always clean. The staff members are friendly and helpful. I enjoy all the group classes they offer. The pools and aquatic classes are great. The swimming lessons for children are also fantastic. Overall, this is an amazing facility.

Super nice gym with pretty much everything you could need. It’s on the pricier side but you get what you pay for. Nice pool for laps, locker rooms, showers, free weights/barbells, squat racks, weight machines, pull up bars, a good range of cardio equipment (stair climbers, treadmills, bikes, rowers, etc). Usually not too crowded either! Boot camps are a great workout and the instructors are awesome.

I've been a member for about four years and have always been impressed by the friendliness of the employees, cleanliness of the facility, and helpfulness of all the staff. I enjoy both group classes and all the equipment offered upstairs. All the instructors are great, and Cammie Derrick has done an excellent job overseeing the group program and making sure everything runs smoothly. I am always recommending the Healthplex to people asking about a good gym to join.

Both of my kids have participated in swimming lessons at the Healthplex pool. I’ve been very impressed at the professionalism of the lifeguard/swim instructor staff and the way they have worked so well with my children. The pool, dressing rooms and lobby area are always so clean and well maintained. I’m so thankful and proud to have such a quality facility in our area!
