The team at Made to Move is amazing and was instrumental in helping me regain my mobility after elbow surgery. Rosemary was knowledgeable, patient, kind and committed to helping me reach my goals. Her encouragement, physical massage and work on my flexion and extension kept me positive and on track in my recovery. From the PT assistants to the front desk staff, everyone was friendly and encouraging, making my OT experience a very positive one. If you need OT or PT, I highly recommend the Made to Move team in El Segundo.

I have had the most incredible care at Made to Move Physical Therapy - the staff are all wonderful, kind and go the extra mile to make you feel like you are getting the best therapy possible as well as the most nurtured as you heal. I have had such a great experience that I brought my parent who was also needing PT and she is loving it as much as I do. I cannot recommend MTMPT highly enough.
Michele McCarthy and her staff at Made to Move Physical Therapy have treated me, my wife, and our children off and on for the last ~10 years. We keep coming back because we get such great results and appreciate the exceptional care we receive. Most recently, I suffered a traumatic injury to my lumber spine while lifting in the gym, resulting in a herniated disc. These types of injuries often lead to surgery to correct. Michele would have none of that! After a thorough assessment, Michele built a comprehensive plan to quickly get me out of the acute pain cycle and then progress towards full restoration of spine function and mobility. In just 3 months I'm happy to say that I'm back to running and golfing again. Throughout my path to healing Michele has been an absolute wizard with her understanding of what's happening in my spine, she's made adjustments to her approach along the way because healing isn't always a linear process, and she's been consistently positive and encouraging. Oh, and a big shout-out to her staff -- Bridy, George, David, and Anthony have all supervised my exercise sessions. Each is courteous, professional, and skilled at what they do. And Dalia keeps the whole operation running smoothly at the front desk. Bottom line: Made to Move Physical Therapy is an A+ in my book. You will be pleased if you choose Made to Move the next time you need physical therapy.
They are the best PT ever. I have been to other PT’s in the past and after a short period of time they would leave me to do the exercises on my own with little supervision. At Made to Move one of the therapists stays with me the entire time to make sure I am completing the exercises correctly. I am so grateful to them for helping me get stronger. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
This has been on my to do list to write a review on Made to Move physical therapy, so pls know I’m not ignoring your emails requests to write a review. Glad I got around to doing it. If I were to focus on some of the positive things about this group: Really appreciate how my physical therapist Matt was the first PT I have ever seen to address the fact that I need to *strengthen my hamstrings, and not just massage and stretch them. In all the years I’ve had to do PT for multiple body parts, the workout exercises he gave me were all brand new to me and very useful for my injuries. As a standard of care, it is incumbent to customize programs for each consumer but sadly, not every facility does this. Only wish I was able to continue for longer since it takes me longer to heal than the average person who does not have invisible incurable illness. Dalia at the front desk is so far very helpful too. She helped verify how this place takes my insurance, so I don’t need to worry about out-of-pocket expenses. Love the PT aids assigned to me too- George, Bridy, it’s as if they have a sixth sense and know what my needs are without having to prompt them about like- like getting me a towel as one example when I’m drenched in sweat, providing a mask without having to ask, etc. So far so good, so keep up the great work!
Michelle has been great. She's trying different methods to help to get my finger back to at least 80% normal after my surgery. My doctors have not been able to solve the mystery behind my swollen finger. Michelle even throwing in the magical therapy dog Skip to help during my biweekly therapy.
There is a lot of great energy in this clinic, and Mayur has been a great help for improving my back pain, with terrific, friendly conversation once I became a regular patient. My time in there usually ends with me leaving with my pain alleviated. I spend about 20 minutes with him and the rest of the time I spend doing exercises with Bridy, an aide in the office. She is very attentive and has great energy (jumping between patients, but I never feel like I'm not being looked after), making my time spent in the office altogether great.
$300 total for 2 instant custom made splints ordered by my doctor after my finger surgery. $60 was my responsibility and $240 my medical insurance! Check out the pictures on how sophisticated the splints n detailed fitments.
