I went to Dr Maddox for several years. I would have stayed with him but it was always a problem for me to get there. He is Awesome and I would recommend him to anyone. His staff are all very sweet and professional also I never had to wait for hours to be seen most of the time not even one

I've had the pleasure of having Dr Maddox as my pain Dr for 3+ yrs, I would like to say he's very preferential straight laced. If you are needing help getting your pain under control with more options than opioid this is the best Dr to see

I've used Maddox Pain Mgt for ten years and I am very pleased with the level of care I receive. Dr. Maddox is dedicated to helping his patients HEAL rather than simply medicating them. He researches and explores new medical procedures that will improve his patient's quality of life. I was one of the first to get the spinal cord implant and more recently, the revision to the most current technology. I cannot adequately express how happy this device has made me. My quality of life has been dramatically improved and the need for medication has been reduced to occasionally rather than daily. The staff is super supportive and caring. This is not your average pain management facility. They don't want to just manage your pain, they do their best to eliminate it and restore you to your best self.

Dr Maddox is a terrific Doctor. He makes me fill at ease when we talk to each other. He also makes me laugh. I would recommend Dr Maddox to anyone in need of a Pain Management physician. He really helped me.

I was seeing Dr. Maddox for 4 years. Sadly, I am no longer with him. He dumped me. He took good care of me. I miss him soooooo much!!! Oh take me back lol

Ok so I never had a PM doc before. I have PPO insurance so I'm thinking that I don't need any special docs. I went to the website it said book appointment online. So I did. It said they will call be back for confirmation. They didn't. So I call to make sure I had one. The old lady that answered the phone was rude to hell and back. I never wanted to cuss someone out so bad. I explained that the website said one thing and she's saying another. No need to be so freaking rude. I understand you have been sitting at that desk since moses but if you don't like your job retire. Also fix the website and be specific. You can not tell me that what I seen doesn't exist. Telling me know doesn't change the fact that it is there. Not to mention when you call it clearly says you can book appointments 24/7. So my review is about the rudeness of the 1920's switch board operator and the unclear non-specific instructions on the website and the phone message thingy. Point being retire or learn to be a people person. You get respect when you show respect.
