Set up an appointment with them only to get "We never had you ok record but we have you on record". I have a disc in my neck and only one working disc in my spine. It has been 4 years of me being put off from physical therapy and after their merge it has been worse. Only one physician. They only take "Emegencies" even though I was tossed around by their clinics before merging. All I got was a "Sorry, call your provider we only have 1 doctor". As the only choice for Partnership they have absolutely tossed the ball. I understand docs and physicians are leaving but it has been worse than ever. I will be permenantly disabled if I do not get help and they only take "Recent surgeries". That would have been nice 4 years ago when amy of your 3 clinics could have done a good job and now the single merged one is worse. Must be fun to cherry pick your patients while letting others waste away.

Called in February to schedule physical therapy, the soonest they could offer me was mid June, I did not complain or fuss. Come mid-June I am called one week prior to appointment and am informed they need to cancel my appointment and cannot reschedule me due to not having enough providers. Absolutely unprofessional and disheartening. I was post op and was discharged from physical therapy after ~3 months. Upon checking in with my surgeon he was very surprised to hear that they had discharged me so soon so he sent me back to physical therapy but can't even get an appointment anymore. You are also not permitted to use their gym once your appointments are over so you better get a gym membership if you want to be able to do the homework they prescribe. I had been extremely patient with this office in the past but that was truly the final straw.

I’ve been battling long-COVID for months now leaving my body deconditioned and the team at this facility has been wonderful. Not only do they meet me where I’m at, but they are also very friendly and know how to keep the atmosphere light and encourage patient recovery. They also scheduled me in within less than a week of the PT request being sent over. 10/10 recommend.

Love this place. The staff are AMAZING. The only downside (it's not their fault) is the LACK of physical therapists. It takes at least 4 weeks to get in. You can't change appointments once you've made them. They just don't have the staff to accommodate that. If you're looking for that type of flexibility, I'd recommend moving OUT OF HUMBOLDT and seeing a PT at Kaiser.

John is an absolute genius. I started seeing him 3 years ago for some pretty severe SI joint issues. He was the only one that was able to help me and I was pain-free almost instantly. As a competitive powerlifter, I beat up my body on a regular basis. John keeps me moving an competition ready. Everyone in the office is extremely knowledgeable and helpful — from Kim and Holly at the front desk, to all the therapists. They are an amazing team and absolute life savers. I can’t gush about them enough!

Love this place - helped immensely with my carpal tunnel! They were able to get me in quickly and extend the visits when I didn't respond to treatment right away. Great communication in these crazy times. Safe and clean - wonderful staff all around!!

Extremely friendly staff: desk personnel and therapists alike.
