M3 Performance and Physical Therapy - Alton Rd

I've had the pleasure of coming to Kenny for multiple injuries & issues off & on for many years. He & his team of excellent 👏 Physical Therapists can help change pain to flexibility & ability to move & feel better than you ever thought was possible. As you come in the door you can see the positive mood from the front desk throughout your treatment plan that day. I always feel hopeful knowing I'm getting stronger & better. They also have pilates classes available which are amazing!! The new location at Alton Road is spacious & very convenient & I will always choose M3 because they are the best!

From my first visit to M3 I knew I had made the correct decision on my therapy. It was predicated on how I moved and where I was having the most problems because of my multiple problems. Kenny has amassed a great team of therapist who are very knowledgeable as to which exercises are best suited for your condition. They are a dedicated, caring, and supportive staff. Rudy is my usual therapist and does an excellent job, but Bre, Henry, and Jonathan also play an integral part in my healing. Kenny and his staff have gotten me on the road to recovery. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Highly recommend! I am having a great recovery from rotator cuff repair surgery. I feel a big part of it is my very knowledgeable Physical Therapist Henry. I can not wait to get back to Pilates class with Jeff!

I have received immense help from M3. The Alton Road space offers so many therapeutic modalities/options, but the treasure is the hands on therapy that effectively addresses my individual and changing issues. It is not a ‘cookie cutter’, one-size-fits-all experience, as I have had other places. At M3, each appointment is designed based on what’s happening for me on that day or that week.

Kenny is a top-notch physical therapist. His team is dedicated to your success. You will not be disappointed if you commit to their physical therapy program.

I highly recommend M3. My son and i both go. He goes for performance training and I go so i can be a warrior on the weekends. From recovery, balance, and setting goals. They make it easy.
