Lynell and Company

After barely being able to walk for weeks, i just had my first appointment an hour ago, and am now writing this while on my favorite hiking trail! Lynell and Suzanne are kind, professional, and EFFECTIVE. They went above & beyond to accommodate me (i have a tight schedule and am 8 months pregnant). Thank you, Lynell & Company!!!

Lynell Cavner is a kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy woman who is very passionate about her work. I had the pleasure of meeting her after 18 months of pain in my neck and shoulder. I tried physical therapy, chiropractic and doctors nothing worked until the day I met Lynell Cavner. I walked into her office hopeful that she could help get me out of pain. After all she came highly recommended several times over the 18 months I lived in pain. I guess it was just hard to believe that 1 person could help me when nothing else could. I mean what was Bowen therapy anyway? I had never heard of it prior to getting recommended to her and when my friends told me about what Bowen therapy is I was even more skeptical. But I was desperate for the pain to stop so I made my first appointment with Lynell. I went in and 2 hours later I was about 80% better. What!?!?!? Wow!! It was incredible. She walked me up to the front of the office and told the receptionist I would need one more appointment in a week and that was it! After my second appointment I was 100% back to me, no more pain!! My posture was even better. I asked, “When should I come back?” She replied, “you’re done.” I was dumbfounded. What do you mean I’m done? Physical therapy and chiropractic wanted me to come back every week sometimes a couple times a week in order to help with my pain. I asked Lynell, “ how do you stay in business if you only see patients two times and they’re better?” Her answer was, “people are always getting hurt. If you have a future injury you can make an appointment otherwise you’re done.” And just like that I was done with that injury. I haven’t been back to see her for my neck or shoulder. However I have been carried into her clinic by my husband because my back went out. And... wait for it.......... I was able to walk out because the pain was about 80% less!!!!! I’m not kidding you I had to be carried in because of back pain and I was able to walk out because Lynell did one session of Bowen therapy on me and I was about 80% better. I made my 1 week follow up appointment with Lynell and sure enough I was 100% better!!!! I highly recommend Lynell Cavner, Master Bowen Therapist. Don’t be in pain any longer call to schedule an appointment with Lynell. You’ll be glad you did!

Lynell has a true gift from the Lord, her hands are a blessing!

I'm one week post my first visit. There seems to be a marked improvement in my pain level. I will update this review as I have more experience.
