Luverne Health and Rehabilitation, LLC

I took my mother here to rehab after a Covid infection. The staff were always courteous and responsive to her every need and she was total care. They did everything they could to accommodate our every need including letting my dad stay with her and sleep in the other bed in the room for days when they could have filled it with a paying patient. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Unfortunately my mom took a turn for the worse while we were there but they were on their A-game getting her stable and transferring her out to the hospital. I could not ask for anything better and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation for their loved ones.

My mom just came home from her 21 day stay at LHR. She was treat wonderful. The staff showed respect and caring attitude . The therapy was awesome . The CNA'S spoiled her.She stated" they treated me like a princess".Thank you luverne health and rehabilitation for making this a great experience and for taking great care of her.when we needed it most.

My mom is at Luverne Health and Rehab and they take wonderful care of her! She is getting more limited on what she can do for herself and the staff there takes care of everything! They show care and compassion in taking care of her! Thank you so much Luverne Nursing Home!!

MOTHER'S DAY 2022. I MADE A PHONE CALL TO THIS FACILITY ON FRIDAY PRIOR TO MOTHER'S DAY ON SUNDAY. I WANTED TO BE SURE THAT I WENT TO THE RIGHT DOOR AND TIME TO VISIT MY MOTHER. I WAS TOLD ANYTIME AND TO COME TO THE FRONT DOOR TO ENTER TO SIGN IN AND HAVE MY TEMPERATURE TAKEN. I TRIED PUSHING THE BUTTON PULLING ON THE DOOR AND KNOCKING. NEVER WAS ABLE TO GAIN ENTRANCE NOR WOULD THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I CAN ASSURE YOU I WILL NEVER PUT MYSELF OR A FAMILY MEMBER IN THIS FACILITY EVER AGAIN!
