I really must say from the first day of my mother placement everyone has been very nice, pleasant and professional. I’m not just talking about those who cares for my mother but office staff, staff you see in the hallway and receptionist at front desk. You all have gone overboard and really show and display what it means to care. You don’t make it about you. I have nothing negative to say about Ludlow. YOUR THE BEST!

Excellent services provided to my friend who is in rehab there. Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean facilities. I know that Tom is in good hands.

This the second rehab my husband has been in this year (separate incidents) and I am blown away by the care and attention he has received at Ludlowe. The staff is warm and friendly, his medical needs are taken care of without my needing to intervene and I would 100% choose Ludlowe again for him or any other family member.

Ludlow is clean and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very caring to my friend that I was visiting. I've been in other rehab facilities like where my husband is and Ludlow is by far superior. As you enter they have a very appealing and peaceful setup on the left. So very nice and calming

I was truly impressed with Ludlowe today. It was my first visit. The first impression was the receptionist who was courteous. The facility from what I saw was immaculate. I love the decor. The staff who came in the room was also pleasant. One suggestion: I could have used guidance on the registration process, dont assume everyone knows. Overall I am pleased with the facility.

Very welcoming..greeted by all staff with a smile. All staff making their rounds made sure the patients and their visitors were comfortable, and if we needed anything do not hesitate to ask.

I had a great experience with Ludlowe from the time I stepped into the building . I was warmly greeted at the door . All the staff are wonderful and kind and more then willing to help out whenever needed. RN Mary and RN Tanya we’re both welcome and helping making my dads stay easier and comfortable.I can confidently say I wouldn’t have chosen a better rehab for my father .
