From day 1 was welcomed. The best ever experience with a therapy business. So thorough and knowledgeable my head trainer. You start out with minimal exercises (they give you print outs of the exercises) and gradually add to the list so you don't feel overwhelmed. They're mindful of your injury as exercises are done. Much needed advice given, better helpful ways to do some exercises at home. Pleasant to talk with. Once all your sessions are done weve been given the tools (paperwork and best of all pully) and the know how, it's up to us to keep going. And they welcome you back if things start to go back to feeling bad. I say this for both therapists they're great. I feel so much better with my movements from where I started. I highly recommend Lucas Therapies at the Lucas McDowell Office. PS the scheduler that I reached to start the sessions was great too, so I knew I had picked the right company first and the McDowell office was referred to me by a friend who had a good experience there. Dustin at the Brambleton location was very professional and helpful. He helped to gain my strength and correct some old bad habits.

Bayse, Ben, Chandler and Savannah are the best! They are great at what they do and I wouldn’t want to go to any other place besides Lucas Therapies because of them. They make you feel so welcomed and do the best they can to get you healthy again. Couldn’t thank them enough.

I worked with both Bays and Savannah over my 6 weeks there and they were both amazing. They both listened to my feedback and my goals and made sure I was back on the road to heavy strength training in the gym again. My back injury was effecting every part of my daily life and within 6 weeks I was off all my pain medications and making huge strides in the gym each week. Although I hope to not have any issues in the future, if I do I will definitely be coming back.

Lucas Therapies is “tops” in giving physical and occupational therapy. Savannah Bowne, my therapist, was wonderful to work with. She took her time to make sure I understood what to do at home. She printed exercises and added notes to further give me guidance. She understood my physical limitations and based her procedures around them. Her actual work with me at the facility has helped me and given me confidence in what I should do to safely help myself. I like the Lucas Therapies McDowell location because it is roomy with a person having space to move about and not get in another person's way. The other staff were friendly and worked with clients in an efficient way. Each therapist makes the McDowell location a first place of choice, for anyone’s therapy needs, both physical and occupational.

We have been coming to Lucas Therapies for over 2 years for various injuries. We are beyond happy with the professional treatment we have received. I tore my ACL and I have been at Lucas Therapies for 3 weeks and have made amazing improvement! The Staff is professional and knowledgeable about PT.
