Dr Thompson has been a great Dr & Advocate. I highly recommend. The Nurses are awesome and treat you with respect and kindness.

Terrible Took my physical on 12/2022, it’s 03/2023 and now my CDL is suspended because they failed to send in my physical to the DOL which they always used to have like any other physical exam place. I am now taking time off work to run around and fix all of that. Would not recommend them for your CDL physical. Look somewhere else.

This place is a joke! The staff is rude and the examiners aren't even doctors! They're nurses! They're a bunch of quacks at best! They caused me to lose my job. Held my DOT medical card for a condition everyone has. Told me to not make any noise while taking deep breaths because she couldn't hear through the stethoscope! Went to two other doctors to be told nothing is wrong with me and this place still held my medical card. When I finally did get my card, the information on it was wrong! My advice to anyone thinking of coming here, go see a real doctor. Stay away from the quacks!

The two women who helped me were kind, quick, and helpful. However, during my short wait in the lobby one of the employees entered the desk area and made a ridiculously unprofessional scene. She was complaining about her busy day that she "has to do everything" and treating coworkers as if they were incompetent. She ruined my view of this facility and I feel so bad for those who have to work with her.

I went in for my DOT physical, and they were all lovely. Almost no wait time, everyone was super friendly, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely go back.

I've been along time client unfortunately. Dr. Thompson is knowledgeable but I don't know what is going on with his staff. Your case apparently don't matter to them at all.

Went in today for a drug screen, no big deal happens all the tiime, randoms from work, this particular time i didnt have to go the first time so i drank some water 2 hours later i get called back i peed 44ml out of 45 ml nope not good enough then sat in the waiting room for another hour befor i even got handed water to drink, got so annoyed of waisting my day for a pee test i left.. the entire time i was there also all you can hear is the "doctors gossiping in the back" real professional ladys.

My DOT physical was a pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and the process was quick
