I only had my initial consultation and I like the facility and friendly staff. I was assigned to Jennell Jackson for Lymphedema Therapy, she explained everything in detail about my therapy sessions. She took measurements for compression garments after I met with scheduling and took care of all my appointments, very helpful staff. All insurance matters were taken care of by Jennell, very thorough. I left the facility with no worries about what comes next.

Michelle really challenged me. I had a brain injury and she helped me with exercises to help me help myself how to remember and focus on the task at hand. This has boosted my confidence in the day to day tasks that I have to deal with in my life. She also used kiniseo tape on my face and this has helped my facial muscles to begin the healing process. Thank you Michelle

Our team of therapist Lisa Allison, Royce, Colby, Micheala, Jared, and Rigo are absolutely amazing! We live them all and appreciate their concern and willingness to communicate with each other to come up with a plan that works. They all have a genuine care for their patients.

I have had lymphedema in my left arm since the summer of 2005. I have had many physical therapists, an assortment of compression sleeves & two different pumps to reduce the swelling in my arm. Over time, I was resigned to the fact that my left arm would be two or three times larger than my right one because nothing had helped. I had been with Presbyterian Healthcare. I changed insurance which provided far more provider options to choose from. I was referred to Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital from my Primary Care Provider. I was skeptical because nothing has helped my arm since I developed breast cancer & had a lumpectomy where the surgeon removed 23 lymph nodes. In April of 2024, I began going twice weekly to get massaged and bandaged by two physical therapists that have changed my life! It is difficult to put into words what Janelle Jackson & Monica Chavez's expertise in their chosen profession really is, but they are amazing practitioners. My left arm is now the size of my right one. They did what so many couldn't do & it has changed me physically & emotionally. They're two of my earth angels. Sincerely, Holly Spickard Pence

I have been going to the Lovelace Pain Clinic for over a year and am so impressed with the entire team; front desk, MA’s, physicians, and, in particular, my CNP Lyn Dawson. Lyn has managed my case impeccably throughout all my visits. She is a proactive provider and reaches out to me to ensure my care is seamless. I chose to stay with the Lovelace team, when my primary physician departed the practice, solely due to the care i have received from Lyn. I will remain a dedicated patient as long as she is with Lovelace.

Excellent service from the moment I stepped into your facility until I left a week later Your Doctors, nurses and all the Technicians were excellent in the way they communicated with me and my family, every task was handled professionally. The only question that I have is due to me being a retired Military Chief was the VA notified of my Surgery? Thank you. Chief Bob Lubold

I drove From Santa Fe to Albuquerque for physical therapy with Terah Condrey and it was well worth it. She is knowledgeable and professional. I was taught many things to improve my life with an amputation I now have more confidence less pain. Now it’s up to me to continue to work/exercise I actually want to get back to work again
