Ask how much they will charge! We made the mistake of not doing that. Very unreasonable fees! Be prepared to spend about $500 per 1 hour therapy session without any warning. Then trying to talk to someone in billing will take several weeks and you’ll be told this is a normal fee for occupational therapy sessions. We would have appreciated a warning it was this expensive before we had made it through our fourth visit. Very sad they do this to people. Would be nice if they warned people how much they were charging. Our therapist Kate Willer was very good and helped our daughter’s arm improve. We really appreciated her. Thank you for your help!

Had to go in for a drug screening something that should have only taken a few minutes. Only after seeing a packed waiting room become empty which took about an hour. I still never got called. Ended up leaving. Horrible experience get your drug screening

I had called this place 20 times and left several messages, got left on infinite hold twice, and never got a call back. It wasn’t until I called over and over again repeatedly that I finally got put on hold for an hour, and someone answered. Once I got an appointment and showed up, the front desk lady was very rude, as in her attitude and her demeanor towards other people. My appointment was at 11:00 and I didn’t get in until 12:15. The lady helping with my appointment was nice once I was back there, but just horrendous customer service from the front office.

Every time I go here, i have a bad experience. The receptionist is always chit chatting with coworkers while you stand there for 5min waiting. Once she finishes and actually “helps” you, expect MAJOR attitude from her. Even after waiting for her to finish, I still am never rude, so I am not sure what I did to deserve the bad attitude. Now this is only the start. It is never organized. I needed TB tests done and they told me I could come in THAT DAY as a walk in. So I did. Drove 30min for them to tell me when I walked in “we’re not doing them today, we’ll be closed on Friday”. So why did I get told to come in today then? Wasting my gas and time. If the office is randomly closed on days, they only post it on the door. Good luck knowing anything until you get there. Was told to come back at 4pm to have my TB test read, so I left work early to drive there and see a “We are closed at 4pm today” sign on the door That basically sums it up. They don’t care. I’m only going to them because I am forced to due to COVID. If another facility will do it, go there. Avoid Lourdes like the Black Plague.

Came in and was told to come back the next day as wait times were over 3 hours. Arrived at 7:00 a.m. and and still had a 2 1/2 hour wait. I go in the back and they have two people doing drug tests. I asked the lady and she told me the turnover time on them was only 15 minutes. So why does it take so long to test like 5 people. What a joke. If you have a pre-employment drug screening, plan on being here for 2+ hours.

Went for a DOT physical and the DR. was completely incompetent by questioning the release to duty findings letter by one of the top Nuero surgeons in the country. I asked for a refund and they got pissy with me. Do not waste your time and money with these clowns.

Came for a simple pre employment drug test. I checked the reviews before hand and set myself up for a two hour wait. I was right. There is a misspelled sign in the front letting people know about the excessive wait, so at least they have that going for them. Just a heads up, YOU WILL WAIT TWO HOURS FOR A 5 MINUTE PROCEDURE. I genuinely fail to see how there are only a select few places that can drug test like this because there is 0 reason to wait for such a long time.

I was asked to come in at 9am to get an alcohol and drug test done. Had to wait for 3.5 hrs. Their excuse? Only one nurse on duty! Imagine having to wait for that long when you have to submit a urine sample! And not even a simple apology for the delay when they finally called me in. I don’t know why they can’t come up with an appointment-based system. It’s not like a visit to your PCP where it can take an uncertain amount of time for a diagnosis. This is a set procedure. Check your name and stuff, blow into a breathalyzer, pee in a cup, check your name and stuff again, then done. 15 minutes is all it takes! To the people who are in charge of this place: Don't take people's time for granted, just because you have no competition in town!
