Amanda was wonderful! She listened to me and heard me. I have options for moving forward. She instilled confidence in her and Dr. Lewis. I’m so happy to be a patient and to collaborate on my healthcare journey. The office staff is so friendly and inviting. Quite a difference from other offices. Thank you, Sandy Ringer

This is the most efficient specialty office I've ever visited. First of all they were able to work me in within 4 hours of calling. Upon arrival I was checked in and shortly later escorted to exam room sent for x-rays. After about a 5 minute wait PA Jordan arrived to diagnose. He has excellent bedside manor and thoroughly explained the procedure he was going to perform. My entire visit took less than 45 minutes, shocking because I was a work in. I highly recommend this practice.

After First going to a different orthopedic specialist that I really didn’t like, I decided to go to Louisville Orthapedic specialists and it was a great decision. Amanda Allison and Dr Lewis are amazing. I first saw them in February when I messed up my ankle pretty bad. I was put in a cast while I healed. Since the ligaments were torn away from the bone in my leg, we waited to see how I would heal. By August my ankle was still somewhat “wobbly” underneath me, for lack of a better Way to put it. So in August, I saw Doctor Lewis Again, and he suggested that I have surgery to reattach the ligaments , but ultimately left the decision Up to me. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of having Or not having the surgery so I Could make an informed decision. I elected to have the surgery in late September. This was done at Baptist Hospital on Kresge Way. Everyone, there from the receptionist to my nurse assigned to me were awesome! The room was large & private and even had a great recliner for the person who came with me to nap, watch tv, etc, while they waited. Amanda and Dr Lewis did their thing and I came out of the surgery fine (Except for having to wear a splint for three weeks and then a cast for another two, Lol). That was just part of it and not their fault. They were amazing through all of it, and my follow ups were great!! There are many different doctors at Louisville Orthapedic (Who now also has a branch in New Albany) And I would highly recommend Amanda Allison and Dr Lewis to anyone for Any type of orthopedic procedures Or issues! I can’t speak highly enough of them & the care I have received during this time. I’m not out of the woods yet as I am now in a boot (but out of the splint & cast 🎉) and will have to start PT soon. However, I feel all will go well. On a sidenote, when I got to the office a little early for my appointments with them, I was always taken back within 10 minutes of arriving. I would definitely give 10 out of five ⭐️s!! 🫶🏻😃💙 (pictures are pre- boot & pics of my ankle itself were just 3 weeks after surgery when splint- pic 2- was taken off & before pink cast put on)

I have been thoroughly satisfied with the treatment & care I have received from the Louisville Orthopedic Center. From Dr Lewis, APRN Amanda Allison and the physical therapist Jessica. My last visit was with Amanda who sought my feedback on my progress & thoroughly explained what my next steps & options were. I feel whoever I was interacting with actually listened to what I had to say & was genuinely interested in my feedback & input. The treatment regimen recommended & administered by these healthcare professionals helped to eliminated the pain I had been experiencing & living with for 6 months within a matter of weeks. I actually could tell a difference after my 1st physical therapy appointment & it continued to improve from there. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff & especially these three individuals for the care I received. I highly recommend this center for anyone in need of orthopedic care.

I’ve been going to Jordan Tinnell for about 7 years now for various knee cartilage and meniscus issues, and this glowing review is long overdue. Jordan ALWAYS takes the time to listen to me, thoroughly explain his diagnosis, and walk me through potential next steps. He has a high level of empathy in his approach, which makes an otherwise extremely stressful situation a little bit easier when you feel like your provider “gets it” and tries to relate. Thank you, Jordan!

Remy was great! She took the time to hear me out and cared about what was going on. I had an additional issue outside the scope of her office that she made a quick called and secured me an appointment for just a couple hours later! I really appreciate the experience so far with them. Some more tests and therapy to come. Thank you Louisville Orthopedics!!

Amanda was incredible. She’s exactly the kind of knowledgeable, confidence-inspiring resource I needed as I faced the uncertainty of surgery and road to recovery from my injury. Her patients are in great hands!
