Loudoun Physical Therapy

I had a great experience with Loudoun Physical Therapy. I always felt that the physical therapists and techs tailored my program to my needs and cared about my progress, and it was always easy to schedule appointments. The reception staff is also great. I hope not to need PT anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely come back here.

The place has an embracing atmosphere of support. Each PT makes you feel like you're their only patient, even though it is only 40 minutes. These high quality Dr's/PTs focus on your problem/issue and while working on the root cause, they make you feel like they are responsible for your improvement and your progress. The administrative staff helps to keep you well informed of the appointments and does a great job of fitting you in when schedules change. The smiles and welcomes are genuine and are the same among all the staff members. You will be glad that you chose Loudoun PT for your care.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I started off very nervous and scared because this was the first time I would be doing physical therapy. Those nerves went away quickly because of the staff. From the moment I stepped in the door, they were so kind to my daughter and I. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart because without them my knee wouldn’t be where it is today. They were always looking out for me and making sure I felt comfortable, while still pushing me to do better. From start to finish it was the best experience I’ve had. If you were thinking of going here, DO IT!

This is a top notch team that take their work seriously. The patient is always first and certainly well taken care of at all times. They have a very convenient location with ample parking space. The assistants are as wonderful as the therapists. The whole office is well organized and their diligence is commendable. Totally recommended without reserves.

I am extremely disappointed with the Loudoun Physical Therapy office at 525 E Market St, Leesburg, VA. I've been attending for specialized therapy, but it seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. Some days, I’m out within 15 minutes. There’s one person supervising five or six people at once, and everything feels rushed. When I checked my insurance claims, I noticed they charged for five different services, making it seem like they provided comprehensive care, but in reality, they did very little. I arrive at 11:15 and am out by 11:30 or 11:35.When I first scheduled my appointment, I specifically requested to be seen at the Lansdowne office. However, I was told I needed to go to Leesburg for the initial evaluation and that I could transfer after. Once I asked to transfer, they suddenly informed me there was no specialist at the Lansdowne location, which felt like a deliberate lie to get me into the office.It’s upsetting to watch many elderly patients come in for exercises and strength training, but when it comes to specialized therapy, I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone. I’ve called to express my dissatisfaction, but they didn’t take my concerns seriously. They’re overcharging my insurance for services they don’t even provide, and in my experience, they deliver maybe 30% of what they claim. This situation is completely unacceptable.

Dr Arona Diop fixed my back in a couple sessions and is unbelievable knowledgeable and an unbelievable addition to the Loudoun Physical therapy team. I’ve never met a physical therapist who was able to be attuned to my body and aches. He’s brilliant!

From the front office to the therapy care everyone pays attention to detail. Fatima is so lovely and accommodating. Purvi Emily and Chelsea explain the plan of care and what to expect. They encourage you to keep up your home exercise therapy to your maximum benefit. They are good listeners, The therapists are empathetic and make sure that you understand and participate without pain as you are able.

London Physical Theraphy is a well managed, accommodating with lovely staff. The program they put me on definitely making a difference for my well being. Thank you LPT staff.
