Los Robles Rehabilitation Hospital

"THE BEST OF THE BEST" After having a complete knee replacement I was very fortunate to find Los Robles Hospital Rehab Center. I was inpatient for over a week and could not believe the personal care and attention afforded me. My nurses we incredible....the attentiveness and caring from each and every person was just remarkable. The surgery was rather extensive due to having a serious medical issue with my knee prior to my surgery and the staff was checking on me to make certain that I was no in any pain, and was both comfortable as well as doing my required rehab. Deirdre who is the director of the facility is on her feet doing rounds and checking on not only staff, but patients as well. I was more than impressed, it is not the norm to see someone in an executive position doing rounds. Deirdre is all over this facility. My nurses were outstanding, Although all my nurses were really great, however there is occasionally that special person who really goes out their way, her name is Janice her care was superb. My physical therapist Terra and my occupational therapist Shawn were both stellar. I am presently in the outpatient portion of the same facility and my PT Richard is no different than my personal experience with the rest of the staff........EXCELLENT CARING AND CONCERNED. I thank all of the staff from the bottom of my heart. As difficult as knee replacement surgery is Los Robles Hospital Rehab Center made my recovery so much easier.

Horrible. My husband broke his hip and was transferred here. He had a medical problem that required him to go to UCLA for four days but because they said he could only leave for three and we were gone for four, they said he couldn’t come back. The case manager at UCLA worked all day on his case and did everything they asked to get him back in. Then they said no. Case manager said after dealing with them, she wouldn’t want to send us there anyways. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about how incompassionate they are at this place. May they be in my shoes one day.

They helped my mom recover from surgery unlike the care center she was first put into. These people treated her like a real human being. In a matter of weeks, my mom was able to walk again. She told the service was great, rooms are very clean, food is great, etc. I recommend this rehab center.

Treatment and care was incredibly good. I don't have anything negative to say about this facility.

Nurses try to help and but are clueless. they do not keep you in the loop of what is happening and do not realize when a patient needs to evaluated by a doctor. Even by chance if the is around he says he can not do anything buut to call 911. looks clean, looks nice .... don't be deceived

Great Cardiac rehab! I was 3 weeks post op at Los Robles. Wonderful staff that really care and go the extra mile! Facility is very clean. Thank you Los Robles!

The dirtiest place I have ever seen in my life. My Dad was admitted there recently , I went to visit him the next day he was admitted to ER because they didn't give his heart meds . There was trash all over the room and under his bed .... They almost killed him !!! This place needs to be shut down !!!

They didn’t clean my dad room and bathroom for 11 days !!!!! Until I went in and I saw how dirty it’s..... he got UTI from this place !!! Nurses are clueless and every time I ask them questions they have no idea what is going on and doctors are no where to be found or call you with your concern!
