I worked with PT Erwina for over a year after getting ACL reconstruction surgery. Erwina is a great trainer who is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She pushed and motivated me throughout my recovery while taking the time to understand my needs and adjusted my treatment plan as needed. Each session was effective, with clear progress in my strength, mobility, and pain relief. I am extremely grateful to have gotten to work with Erwina. Now, I'm back to playing the sport I love! I highly recommend Erwina and the staff at Los Gatos Orthopedic Sports Therapy. Great clinic and great staff.

I booked a session with expectation of determining root cause and remediation regime for outer hip pain I had been experiencing for several months. I discussed some of the possible causes I had identified based on internet research (glute weakness) and the exercises I had been doing to remedy the problem. The PT went through some mobility and strength tests and set me home telling me they would give me info later. I got nothing after a few days and pressed them to provide root cause and next steps. I got a google doc with the exercises I had already been doing (see attached.) No root cause. No measurement data. No expectation for follow-up visits ( i had hip injection after that so problem was not resolved). $400 for this. Oh and this was not a lucrative disability insurance case. Stay away from this place.

Erwina is the best PT I’ve ever had! I went through an ACL and meniscus repair last November. From the very start of my rehab process Erwina and I set big goals and she helped me attack them every day. She pushed me hard while also giving me the care and support I needed. Super happy to say that I got cleared to play in time for my soccer season at SJSU! Erwina played a huge role in that and I’m so thankful for her!

Erwina helped me make a speedy recovery from a fractured pelvis by carefully assessing my progress each session and pushing me just the right amount. I highly recommend her!

Felix was an incredible physical therapist! He helped my son with his knee problem that can sometimes take up to 8 months to go away, which he recovered from in 1.5 months due to his help. Felix not only was a great PT, but also shared a great relationship with my son. I would highly recommend working with Felix!

My time at Los Gatos Sports therapy was very beneficial and enjoyable. Thanks to Erwina as she throughly spent her time and dedication, I became the strongest I can be. I give 10/10 stars!

Working with Dan and LGOST was great to help me rehab. The Staff was always highly attentive and very supportive with any questions i had or extra work that i needed. I would highly recommend this location for baseball players who have had any injuries or set backs that need some help getting back on the field. If you have the chance I'd recommend young baseball players work with them to get stronger to keep them from getting injured in the first place as they do have high knowledge of strength and conditioning training and a gym.

Great experience at LG orthopedic. I am visiting for the use of their Alter G machine. Jacob and the staff are great and have this a 5 star experience. I highly recommend.
