Lorraine and other staff took extra steps to make us feel comfortable when visiting. The residents were up and walking and been tended. The community room had music that was culturally relevant to the residents, especially since they have one who loves to dance and sing. The RN took time to answer my question and welcomed me to check back in for updates as my family member is receiving care.

My mom has been there since October and I must say the staff and nurses are some of the kindest people I have ever met! My mom is being taken care of so kindly and so respectfully. We are so thankful she is able to heal in such a loving environment.

Horrible place. Horrible people. Had one of our relative stay for a short while and there negligent staff left them to rot with verry little attention. I also noticed on a visit the "caretaker" had a permanent frown on and a snide remark to say to everything asked. She was angry the whole time and was forceful and rude with patients(it was lunch when i arrived). my relative came home with huge rashes from sitting in the same spot for so long and some storys to share that ill be sharing with a lawyer. Dont ever leave anyone in the care of these degenerat people.

Doctors Hospital called to let me know my friend transferred there, Ive tried calling to get a hold of him making sure hes there to visit, but always transferred to certain departments left messages, no return calls no person able to help. Please return peoples calls.

I don’t recommend this place to leave your loved ones. They don’t care about them. All they care is about getting paid , that’s all. They have zero compassion & love for the residents. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
