Great visit.. Dr. Stanley really helped my knee. Great doctor easy to talk to explained everything.

Thanks to Dr. Plemmons I have been able to receive the proper treatment for chronic pain from a former ankle injury and plantar fasciitis. Very thorough and only considered surgery as the last option (which seems to be unnecessary after his care). Bedside manner is very friendly and patient as he explains exactly what can be expected during treatment.

Holly do not recommend this place. Been waiting several weeks now for my surgery to be scheduled to be released back to work, every time I call no one ever seems to answer going to the office twice and I said they would call me that day or the next day for surgery scheduling. Dr groomers is an amazing surgeon and I can understand why he's leaving this place it is a complete circus. Half of the staff have attitudes it seems like there's someone new each time you go in.

I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience here. The only thing I could possibly think of is the wait time has been a little extended on a couple of very rare occasions but exceptional care is worth its weight in gold and the care here has been nothing short of excellence every single time. I rarely have found a provider who listens so intently and genuinely invests their time, attention and heart into getting to know about my experience through my eyes. They are prompt in their office staff and I’m always met with such warm hospitality. I’m excited about continually improving my overall quality of life with the treatment plan she has set out for me going forward. I have already had such a positive impact from my care so far. They always explain carefully the ins and outs of everything and answer all of my questions thoroughly. The billing side has always helped me walk through every process with my insurance as well. I was absolutely thrilled to meet the staff and visit with them. Everyone is so very kind and helpful. Breann Hart is a wonderful practitioner. She is thorough and she listens. (not common these days) I’d give her bedside manner, knowledge, and my overall experience a 10/10. I’m looking forward to working with them on my journey to full, pain-free mobility again! I’m ready to get back to my old self, or as close as I can. I just have a few kinks to work out but I trust LO to take care of me. Highly satisfied patient and I will always highly recommend Longview Orthopedics!

From the time I enter the facility I am greeted with a friendly staff member that checks me in quickly. Everyone is courteous and kind. Amber James is always friendly and willing to listen. I never feel rushed while I’m there. I value her opinion and appreciate how I’m treated at my appointments.

I was very impressed with how I was treated from the front desk to checking out. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Ms Hale took care of my toe issue perfectly. I was pleased with her knowledge and her interaction with me as a patient and a person. The support staff was super as well. I could not have asked for any better treatment.

I went for my appointment as I always do. My doctor received information from a narcissistic family member who attacked my character and gave the doctor false information about me personally. Mind you, I have been going to this clinic for over a year with no issues. Instead of talking to me and giving me the benefit of the doubt, I was dismissed only after I called every day for 6 days asking why my pain script had not been filled after he charged $100.00. After at least 7 calls they had another employee tell me I was dismissed and I had called them. I was treated with total disregard, disrespect, and a total lack of empathy or any kind of concern at all. They said, if you have a problem, feel free to talk to us as your doctors and trust us but it is these same doctors who have a trust issue with their patients. I aim to sue my family member for this and I’m sure these doctors will be drug back to this mess they let get out of hand themselves.
