Longtown Medical Park

We were concerned after we saw the ratings of the place but we needed an injection and were referred there. We were so impressed with everyone from the initial appointment with the NP to the procedure with Dr. Silver. Additionally, the nurse and everyone we dealt with were amazing. They were talking and laughing with me to minimize my pain and discomfort. I was so impressed.

I have had some tests run here and was extremely nervous. I felt welcomed and comfortable through the procedures that I had each time. The workers were very helpful during the whole process as well

If I could leave a big fat ZERO I WOULD. My mother had a preopp appointment Wednesday she called all day Monday and Tuesday trying to see if she needed to reschedule, she finally got a hold of the hospital and they told her they weren’t there. They finally called her back Wednesday and rescheduled for Friday because of the weather. Fast forward to today. My mother has been calling all morning to see if they were going to have to reschedule again. No answer. So my mother and father drove there from Alabama for her appointment at 10 this morning. Her and my dad finally got there after leaving super early because of the road conditions. NO ONE IS THERE. The janitor (THE JANITOR ) had to tell her that they weren’t there today. How unprofessional and pathetic is it to call your self Drs. And Nurses and not to call your PATIENTS TO TELL THEM YOUR NOT GOING TO BE THERE. No one called to cancel her appointment or anything she is scheduled to have Surgery Monday!! I would suggest to go somewhere other than Tupelo. These people don’t care about their patients.

Amazing experience, friendly staff and my np. Was so sweet and took her time to explain the best options for me and allowed me to decide what I wanted to try 1st Can't wait for my next appointment in August of 2023 I would have to add the most organized and cleanest building anyone could ask for Thank u so much

If I could give a zero I would. This place is horrible for children. It is dirty and doesn't look like they ever clean. They also never give feedback on the therapy the child has. They refuse to let anyone go watch what they do with your child. My grandson got worse in the year he was there. He no longer goes there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

10/19/22 Dr.Robert F.Thompson,Jr. was very Professional and explained the procedure to me. He was very polite and his assistants. For back injection. I'm feeling better. Praises to God for it and Dr. Thompson and Staff.

I gave him a one star because really dig dig dig deserve d'estarre I had a point with them at 10:15 after memorials day that day people were going in-and-out and I still wasn't saying 1031 pass level :30 when pairs and 12:30 would pass until I was left in the waiting Room all by myself the cap going up to the window asking the ladies behind the window when am I gonna be seen they kept saying they were waiting for an empty Room mind you I was the only person in the waiting Room after complain and 3 times someone came and got me she sat me down took my formation left the Room and never came back after 45 minutes are left as I was going down the Hall they tried to stop me and want me to pay again to my last name and left have never been treated so rudely ever from any hospital I've never been left in a hospital for over 3 hours waiting for an appointment that was at 10:30 I will never ever tell anyone about coming to this hospital ever again. I would never refer anyone to come that is hospital because the doctors treated to like nothing just a number!!

A great place to do your rehabilitation or therapy! The Therapists are very knowledgeable and patient. Their experience is second to none. Also, the Radiology Dept. is the best in the area! They also have fantastic Neuro Surgeons and the only Pain Management Dept. in this area I would trust.
