Longevity Physical Therapy - San Marcos

My wife and I have vast experience working with Kristen at Longevity. Me following 2 shoulder replacements and Maria following 2 hip replacements. Our physical therapy experiences were excellent!! Kristen listens, looks, asks questions, alters PT routines, provides evolutionary home exercises, and on top of all of that - is very friendly and easy to get along and work with. We now have a pain free path forward for both shoulders and knees with better strength and range of motion than anticipated. Do not hesitate to investigate Longevity and work with Kristen.

Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve appreciated working with Casey and getting my shoulder back into shape. She’s given me a number of stretches/exercises that helps the flexibility in my shoulder. I highly recommend her and her caring attitude is evident in her work.

I have been going to Longevity PT for 6 years as needed per my injury with sports and then overall injury prevention. I have seen Kristen, Rachel and many more of the wonder therapist they have on staff at both locations. I have always had positive experiences with their quality of care, energy and thoughtfulness. Kristen has been with me the most over the years and she is very well rounded. She helped me with my strengthening to prevent injury but also helping me bounce back from various injuries. Without this team I would not have been able to play my sport for so long and I am very thankful for their support.

I have been a patient at Longevity Physical Therapy office in San Marcos over the last few months, following spinal surgeries on my back and neck. I can attest that this is a well managed outfit with highly expert therapists. Rachel, Eric and Casey are all top notch therapists. Eric has been my primary therapist throughout my treatment. He is knowledgeable, experienced and caring. I would highly recommend them all to my friends and family.

Love the staff at Longevity and would recommend to anyone. Kristen (and her team) are fantastic and friendly. I've seen her for PT recovering from both a back injury and a foot surgery. In both cases, she put together a gradual plan to help me build up strength, flexibility, and range of motion, incorporating my personal fitness goals. The whole team is supportive and encouraging and the work feels very custom to my needs. Highly reccomend!
