Keith was extremely helpful in determining the best path forward to get me back to work. Not only did he show me the correct exercises to strengthen surrounding muscles in my knee, he also explained how knees work in a way that I understood. I would definitely recommend Long Trail PT to anyone in need of a physical therapist.

Keith did dry needling and it works wonders hes also given me cupping sessions that helped immensely i cant thank this team enough!
Keith and Andy are wonderful! With their knowledge, skills, humor and expertise, they made it possible for me to travel to California for my son's wedding. This happened after addressing some real problems with sciatica and core issues... Their guidance and hands on work were superb! So very grateful!
Keith and Andy at Long Trail Physical Therapy in Burlington were definitely the most important piece of my recovery from knee surgery. I couldn’t have asked for better PTs and injury/recovery mentors. Being very anxious post surgery about getting back to my active lifestyle, I finally (compared to talking with my surgeon, other PT establishments, etc) finally felt calm and hopeful after walking through the doors of Long Trail and after telling Keith and Andy my story. They listened to every silly question and worry that I could come up with (actual written lists full of them) and were always extremely patient and took the time to answer everything fully and as simply or in depth as I wanted. I couldn’t recommend them enough, and continue to go to their facility for their Wellness program months after my surgery.
I saw Keith for post hip surgery pain. I simply cannot say enough good things about Keith and his team. They are authenticity client focused. I felt listened to, Keith partnered with me to formulate a plan of care that involved stretches, massages and exercises that had me pain free within a couple of weeks. Beyond being a highly skilled clinician, his approach is custom, innovative and nurturing. If you ever need a PT clinic, look no further!
I had a great experience at Long Trail PT this fall. I went in for a shoulder injury as well as a knee problem that wasn’t going away. Keith and Andy were an incredible support system, providing me with terminology on what was causing my pain, exercises to strengthen, exercises to prevent these injuries, and tips on how to adjust my posture and use different muscles throughout the day. I definitely hold my body and exercise more intentionally now. There is a community within that office that I will miss. Thank you!
The office is well run and the PT's are friendly and knowledgable.
