On a referral from my hip doctor, I started going to Lone Peak Physical Therapy. I initially worked with Paige, the two of us found that I had very little core strength. Paige started me on exercises that were instrumental in loosening the muscles in my back, hips, and legs. Being almost 70 and retired, I decided to take up Auto Cross racing and realized that after a few hours of driving, that I was completely spent. After a weekend of racing it took me two days to recover. Since I couldn’t see Paige every time I started working with Shannon. Shannon recognized that I needed different exercises to build up my core, my strength, and my stamina. After two months working with Paige and Shannon, I have a much stronger core, better balance, strength and stamina. I feel that working with Lone Peak is money well spent, and plan to continue working with them until the next racing season.

Paige and Shannon ROCK! I had a complete knee replacement the end of June and spent July, August and September with these ladies doing excessive rehab and loving every minute. Well almost! I would recommend Lone Peak Performance PT to anybody.

Lone Peak has been great helping with a cervical spine issue. Shannon has taken great care in discovering where my pain is originating and how we can get some positive movement so I can live without debilitating pain. Her attitude, notes, support and exercise recommendations and follow-up communications are stellar. Mack was also a great help with scheduling; he made it quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Lone Peak Performance has been amazing for my daughter. They are welcoming and patient, they care and get to the bottom of what is going on with their patients. My daughter is 15 and had jumper’s knee and she has been working with them for a while now. She is doing awesome and I would recommend them 100%. Cole is one of the best and let us know a lot of details about what is going on with my daughter. He is positive and always has a smile on his face. We also had very good experience with Shanon who is also very knowledgeable and also very positive. You can’t go wrong with anyone who works there . Thanks Guys!

After having ACL and meniscus repair surgery, I have been seeing Shannon at Lone Peak. Shannon and everyone at Lone Peak are so warm and welcoming. They all genuinely care about your wellbeing. I was on crutches for 8 weeks.The first time I was able to walk on my own was very emotional. Shannon celebrated with me! I am now able to run and hike! I am looking forward to being able to get back to doing all the things I love to do. Thank you Shannon and Lone Peak!

Cole and Maddie at Lone Peak Physical Therapy and Performance have been helping me post knee surgery to regain full range of motion and improved strength and stability. They have been excellent and I look forward to my PT visits which are motivating and fun. During my visits everything is explained very clearly, including the science behind why my knee feels the way it does at different stages of healing and how specific exercises will improve my knee function. The progress I have made with their help give me confidence that I will be able to do everything I was doing before my knee injury and will actually be stonger and more able to prevent future injury.
