My wife and I went here the other day and the front desk was extremely rude to us and uncooperative. They were impatient and had an attitude for no reason. The front desk has no professionalism as they gossip snarky comments to each other about the clients.
This place is NOT a good representation of Loma Linda. The front desk has an attitude and isn’t helpful. You can tell they do not like their job but it doesn’t mean they should treat us unkindly.
Extremely rude front desk. No need for attitude when people come in feeling sick. Extremely unprofessional. If you have this kind of disposition Healthcare is not the right job for you. Do not recommend.
