Loma Linda University Health Beaumont Banning

Very clean and not overcrowded LLUMC branch. The clerks are very helpful and so as my PCP. PA cindy is so kind and accommodating! I had reasonable wait times whenever I need diagnostics plus its near my residence

I called the initial "firewall" phone number in an attempt to obtain a first ever appointment with one of the Family Practice physicians located in Beaumont. The young woman that answered the call was rude and blunt. If that phone call was an introduction to Loma Linda Health, then I want no part of them, their doctors, and their services.

Angie (in medical billing) is evil and has zero customer service skills!!!!! She was rude and kept cutting me off during our conversation when I was trying to answer her questions. She should not work in a customer service position. She canceled my wife's appointment without any notice or approval.

The Loma Linda laboratory is awesome. I have never had a negative experience here. The phlebotomist are kind and quick. Be mindful of busy hours like the morning rush! The family medicine office is fantastic. I love recommend N.P. Toppenberg. She is great as a provider!

Called to make sure I am covered to take an exray or co- pay they said they can’t. Drove down here after leaving loma Linda for an appointment. They said they no longer cover my insurance. That’s what I called completely unacceptable customer service

Don't do it! Went to Loma Linda because of their reputation. I just moved to the area and needed a doctor. The FDA recalled my medication and I have tried for 2 days to get a new blood pressure medication prescription. Still don't have one after numerous calls and Walgreens trying to help as well. Do not go to this office, go some where there are staff available and where they care you might have a stroke from missing 2 days of medication.

It was my first visit there at this office current a ctca outpatient my nurse Brittany was so amazing!🎯💯♥️ i thank god for nurses like her! The pharmacist she was so supportive in the meds she is terrific! Made me feel 💯.

Receptionist is rude, unprofessional. I gave them 2 stars because the lab techs were great.
