Find a better place, worst staff I've ever delt with at a surgeon clinic. I've been trying to get my sons surgery done for a year now and due to the unprofessional staff and scheduler Brea for Dr theal office he's still haven't got his surgery done. When i asked to speak to who was in charge so that i can file a complaint i was transferred to Christy Demers who is even more unprofessional she wouldn't even let me finish my statement before cutting me off, she was very rude. Save yourself the time and energy

Nice doctor, but she obviously doesn’t know how to treat a patient with CRPS. Rather than stating this at the first visit, she wasted about 4 months of my time while I’m in excruciating pain, and now I have to find a more competent surgeon to repair two torn tendons. Not impressed with Dr Young or Loma Linda ortho at all.

Dr. Thiel was very kind, understanding, knew what i wanted to have explained about my surgery etc. Can't say enough good things about this place. Great staff, super friendly and welcoming!

Waited two hours to be seen. Unprofessional providers. Find a better place.

Been waiting for 3mths for treatment because they can't submit paperwork correctly and in a timely manner!

They take forever to submit paperwork. I've been waiting almost two months already for something urgent!

Physical therapy visit awesome.

Place is so bad they just want your money and calling this place just a nightmare.
