my goddaughter ended up here after being neglected in a convalescent home in Moreno valley. There is such a difference in the staff here and that place that she left. i dont have to worry about the staff retaliating against her because she gets angry at not being taken to dialysis more than twice a week. Or for her complaining about heavily starch based meals. I also want to add that her room was wonderful! She had pavers on the floor. A huge bathroom. Flat screen tv on the wall. Two Hardwood cabinets, a big power chair, a wonderful bed with an air mattress. I wrote this review before she got out. But she has been out for a whole month and I came back to say that these people saved my God daughter’s very life after another facility nearly killed her after her amputation. They even gave her dialysis right from her bed! All this and she does not have a high paying medical insurance. They treated her like family and she is only on medical! I love Loma Linda East Campus Rehab!!

Terrible treatment. Doctors are really rude and dont have any communication skills at all. My family member suffered because of Doctor Sharif or whatever her name was. Please avoid this rehab at all cost! Really worst and the patient got worse instead. The front desk was rude too. Unclean and unorganized. Took way too much time to find a problem. If l could give -0 star I would. Worst management ever. Not to mention they can't give the patient a proper room to rest in. This place is like a prison to be very honest. So much negligence, they themselves were confused about the patient's problems..... VERY disappointing, hope no one has to suffer here anymore...

Wonderful rehab place. Would give it stars but there's some flaws to this place. The therapists staff is spot on, very professional and skilled, 5/5 stars. The patient meals are not the best... Would give their meals 2/5 stars. Most nurses are very cool, professional, and nice, but there's the exemption of a few that need to be better trained. In my stay i had issues where nurses would put my roommate's dirty diaper on the trashcan on my side of my room... Instead of throwing it in the appropriate trashcan that is for that purpose. My side of the room would stink so bad... Another problem i had was they kept moving me rooms and kept placing me with very loud patients, and i would get no sleep which resulted in underperforming sometimes in my therapy sessions. Nursing/Management rating 4/5 They have showers, and baths. At the end of the day the PCAs (Nurse's Assistants) will ask if you would like a shower. Sometimes OT (occupational therapy) will help you shower as part of their therapy session with you. Each room has a little place to hangout outside, and each bed has its own tv. There's also a garden you can go out to, but you got to let your nurse or pca know where you will be and with who. Dr Chyan and Dr Tran are good doctors. Overall this is the best rehab place you can go to in IE. Forgot to mention that this place is very clean, except when they throw the diapers in your side..

Everybody from Doctors, Nurses, Physical Therapists and Occupational Health were so kind and caring I received such good care after my liver transplant I am well on my way to recovery because of those people.
