In the last year, I have had two surgeries (shoulder and hip). Both of my post op PT have been completed here. I've worked with 3 therapists - 2 active employees (Peter & Terry, both very knowledgeable with expert level acumen, patient, and helpful) and frequently see both the receptionist and office manager (Shelly and Ashleigh) who are so efficient at their jobs! PT stinks - but not at LoHi PT. Happy, warm, and professional, the folks here have made recovery both smooth and successful.

FIXED MY KNEE IN 1 WEEK! My PT Peter is without a doubt an expert in his field - knowledgeable, explains things well, and takes his time with his patients. He was able to fix my knee that was completely swollen and immobilized within just one visit. Within 2 visits, he had my knee feeling better than it had in a long time!

Came in with a bad knee unable to do stairs and limping along more than walking, and Chris Shott was able to help me improve dramatically over 6 weeks, one little success at a time. She gave just what I could manage each week, I’d do the work (you gotta do the work!), and see improvement. This iterative and incremental approach was exactly what I needed both mentally and physically, so I could see results quickly and celebrate the little wins. She was very supportive and treated me with kindness and grace. I’m thrilled with the results! Parking is no problem (even if the lot is full there’s plenty of street parking), felt safe, clean building. Receptionist Shelly is awesome and will patiently work with you on scheduling.

I called weeks in advanced to make sure they took my insurance before asking my doctor to write a referral to their clinic. They told me they took my insurance. I later called to schedule an appt. Appts were two weeks out so I asked if I could be put on a waitlist for the same week. They called back immediately telling me they had an opening that Friday so I changed my weekend plans to make sure I could come. Turns out- they made it for the following week and couldn’t get me in and I didn’t know because the woman said “this Friday” on the phone to me when I scheduled. So another week I could have gotten care with someone else. The week of my appt - living in chronic pain and really needing help asap they call me to tell me that they don’t take my insurance… weeks after I first checked and now too late to get in with any other doctors for dry needling this week. Lohi PT… it may seem simple to you, but when you’re managing care for people in chronic pain, this level of communication is NOT ok and affects the people you work with and their daily lives.

I have only had a few sessions with Becca but she has been amazing! I’ve had a lot of PT experiences in the past, and Becca has a whole-body approach that is so helpful to me. She has affirmed the previous PT work I’ve done and is building off those concepts. She provides good, targeted exercises (not super overwhelming). She listens to what I say is helpful and adjusts here methods to support. I’ve had previous PT experiences that feel very prescribed/only addressing the specific injury. I definitely don’t feel like that here which is super helpful and a relief. Would definitely recommend her/Lohi Physical therapy!

I came in to deal with a lot of long term climbing related issues and have been super happy with the treatment and results from Becca, Katherine, and Karen. Becca and Katherine are some of the best dry needlers I've ever seen (and I've seen dozens of different PTs), while my one session (so far) with the hand specialist Karen was amazing. Looking forward to being active again!

I've worked with 2 PTs at different times & both have been awesome. Working with Liana now and I appreciate her bedside manner, humor, knowledge, & efficiency in getting results.

Becca is AMAZING!! After a serious ankle sprain, I tired all of the at home therapies for a few months but nothing worked to heal the pain. I finally relented and decided I needed physical therapy. After working with Becca for a few months, I'm now officially 100% with my ankle! I've not only gained strength and flexibility in my ankle, but also my entire lower body through the at home exercises and techniques provided by Becca. She really takes the time to listen to and educate clients. The rest of the office is super friendly too! I'm so thankful to have found LoHi PT!
