18 month waitlist for a simple dental cleaning, and 12 month wait for a filling that left a new deformity on an adjacent tooth post filling that wasn't mentioned to me until i found it myself at home. Plus scheduling, cancellation, & staff issues. Went to a private dentist as new patient, got seen w/ x-rays and images, and periodontal scaling all same day & within 2 hours! And I have braces now. If you have a choice, do not go here. Not even for free.

If I could begin to even explain the horrible service I received at this clinic I can not faphem how these people do their jobs I wasn't able to reschedule an appointment within the clinic I wasn't able to do it over the phone They don't have any clear communication skills what so ever. Please someone start checking up on your receptionist.As when I walked in they we're just sitting and gossiping about other coworkers How unprofessional that patients have to sit in a lobby and hear what they say. Please get it together!

Poor time management . My MIL was scheduled to be seen at 8:15 and at 10:30 she still was not seen . The rep at the front desk said can you read the sign we are taking in urgent matters first , well then why did they schedule her for this appoitment here ? No explanantion no proffesionalism from this clinic . Its sad people who can not afford health care are placed in these community clinic where they dont give a damn about their patients . They over book patients . Providers call out and schedulers wont even call the patients to at least let the patinets know that there appointments were cancelled . People schedule appointments to avoid these long wait times and even though being scheduled , arriving to your appointment 15-30 minutes early you will still have to wait 2 + more hours ! This is ridiculous and l will be bringing this up and reaching out to the board of this poor quality system placed here !

This was the clinic I used for my son since 2016 and it was one of the best. However, we returned there On June 4, 2024, and got the surprise of our lives. We were treated as if we had 6 heads and bodies of a being from another planet. One of the ladies lat the front desk tried every way possible to refuse service to us. She even went as far as to tell me I needed to take my son back up to Antelope Valley, where he was hit by a car to get follow-up medical care. I tried to explain that also his accident was March 28, 2 fays ago while I was exercising his leg I accidently twisted it the wrong direction and he started experiencing a pain going from his foot that he felt all over. So we are here for this exasperating pain, but the same injury. I have legal and medical experience so regardless of how hard she and the planted RN., tried, they could not get around treating my son. Health care everywhere has deteriorated, but I gave never encountered the inferior service we received at this replica of an urgent care clinic. The x-ray tech was very kind and professional, the doctor's bedside manner, lacking (she trued so hard to speak over me explaining my son's crisis. By the way, my son is a very polite dependent adult. He sat there calmly viewing his tablet waiting to be served. Although they called as soon as we got home to inform us of the fracture found, it is just hard to vision returning there.

They denied me access to a FLU vaccine because I'm not a regular customer! Are you serious? My last visit was in April this year and I have been coming here for 7 years. It is an insult to me.

People are rude .never trying help they always rushing you out .they always saying they are busy, and they don't close into 8pm . they always turning people away when need the help

Just to let you know ,it just happen to me right now if you are goin to dental urgent care you have to be there saturday before 8 am no matter if is a kid that it need urgent dental care they don't care you can be there at 8:45am they have allready NO space for another patient, no wonder i hear lost of people go to TJ , they had no appointments un till next year, they don't do just appointments for a dental problem you have to had you exam first appointments next year then they start attending your problem.

Worst. I drove from el cajon, I was on time exactly, for my APPOINTMENT and they tried to tell me I was late by 6 minutes and so they were not going to see me for a physical, but they could see me for something else. I said ok so just the blood work then, and they said they wouldn't do that either! I was at the place I made the appointment at the time of the appointment there is no excuse for this garbage service I'm livid.
