I didn't know I would benefit from regular physical therapy. My first appointment with her was a chance one-off, and ever since then, Liz is my go-to for the care of my physical form. She knows so much! And she is excellent at teaching me about my body. That's possibly the most valuable aspect. She teaches you "how to fish". Well, that, and being in her talented hands.
