She's a great doctor She is carrying and understood My questions and concerns, and she expressed her own and helps me through the recommendations. That's my medication. She's awesome. Keep up the great work leslie

Ms Heuer is always so welcoming and always take as much time as I need going over my complex health issues . She makes me feel that my care and health are important and that I’m not just a case # . She is very efficient with checking up on results and making sure referrals have been taken care of and if not she gets it done . She has always made me feel safe with her care and I trust her and the care she suggest something that has been hard for me in the past . She is truly a blessing and a asset to living water in my option . I just hope they keep her on staff forever .

BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! I have given them chance after chance after chance but today I finally had enough. Ridiculous upon ridiculous. I had an appointment at 1:30, got there at 1:15 and signed in. While sitting and waiting I noticed a sign that said you could answer your health questions online as well for a speedier appointment, so I did. Answered every question, uploaded photos of all cards, detailed every prescription, everything. Well, they FINALLY call me up at 2:20 to tell me they CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT bc I didn’t show up by 1:45. Not only had I been there since 1:15, but I was sitting directly in front of the office window the entire time. They 100% saw me. After the girls up front giving ME a bad attitude for THEIR mistake they said I could wait for an appointment if I wanted to. So I tried, but I had another appointment at 2:45 so I had to go up and re schedule. I figured for a 1:30 appointment I’d be good to go by 2:45 to my next one. Not only did I have to reschedule after waiting OVER and hour to be seen, but apparently they can’t even “squeeze me in” FOR A WEEK!!! A week?!?! I have to wait a week for their mistake?!? This is insanity. I can’t wait until September 1st so I can change primary care providers. This isn’t even the worst thing that’s happened here, just the most recent. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else where the doctors actually care and the front office people aren’t ridiculously rude to you!! ******9.11.23***** A very kind, and communicative manager called me from Living Water today. She personally apologized for the way I was treated and made sure she listened to every detail of what I said happened. She asked if she could do anything to make me more comfortable or to make future visits better or just anything at all. I really appreciated her calling me and taking accountability for the way I was treated, even though it wasn’t her fault, it was the people from that day. She did NOT ask me to write this. I asked HER if I could edit my comment bc I wanted everyone to know that while what happened to me was unacceptable, it meant a lot to me that someone called from there to see how I was and to try to make it right!

Caroline was quickly responsive to my problem with appropriate medication, therapy and diagnostics. She's down to earth and encouraging.

I always feel like my needs are cared for. Their always professional and courteous. Wait times not long ,and office is clean. Won't go to any other care provider. Thank you.

Excellent customer service: from calling about information, to getting directions, to walking in and getting great customer service from beginning to end. The staff here are superb! Great job everyone!! 100%, A+. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Carolyn Diaz is amazing! I have been a patient at family health Care for many years and have gotten very little help. The moment I Saw Carol and she immediately ordered tests and got me referred to where I needed to go and was so helpful. They are.so professional in the office and the care I received was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place.

Leslie is the best provider she’s the best thing that happened to this clinic they needed someone so kind and wonderful and actually a person who cares about their patients she goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need and makes sure your comfortable and have everything before the end of your visit she’s so great. I have never met such a great provider before ! Leslie is the best all around! She’s such a great person, I actually enjoy my visits with her because she actually does her job and helps you like all medical staff should !
