I JUST HAVE TO SAY THAT MY EXPERIENCE HERE AT LIVE OAK REHAB HAS BEEN BEYOND ANYTHING I'VE HAD TO EXPERIENCE AS FAR AS WHAT I WENT THROUGH HAVING A STROKE AND PNUEMONIA I WS DEATLY ILL BUT GOD SUSTAINED ME I WANT TO THANK YHE STAFF FROM DOCTOR CNS NURSES ATTENDANTS WHO TREATED ME EXCEPTIONALLY WELL I'M EVER SO GREAT FULL TO THE SERVICE PERFORMED...I LOVE YOU ALL AT LIVE OAK REHAB THANK U GEEGEE ARMANDO AND STAFF FOR YOUR DESIRE TO HELP OTHERS I'LL EVEN MISS THE FOOD THE THERAPY WAS AMAZING THANK U REHAB TEAM U GUYS ROCK BUT IM HEADED HOME NOW WITH GREAT MEMORIES ..MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT ROBERT SR LOPEZ

If I could give this place 10 stars I would ! I know it's not the prettiest looking place but that doesn't matter at all honestly. The employees are really great. They're not just working; they give their clients tender love and care. Unfortunately, I hardly come across places with this kind of care.

This is the worst place ever!!!! My grandma was sent there after open heart surgery to get back to walking and this place never even pushed her to walk. And they left my grandma in a dirty diaper full of urine and she gotten a really bad infection. Maybe there is good workers there but with my experience all they care about is there money!!!!

This is an amazing place. My brother was here and being that I was a CNA, I was skeptical. They have an amazing staff and the Administrator is the best in the business. I would recommend this place to anyone that asks.

Smelly, Dirty and Pest Problem. Trust me, all them five stars reviews are either fake or inside job. Don't believed what I say?!? Come and check it out yourself.

My aunt was there for short term rehab. Staffs were very caring and friendly. Glad our family chose the facility. Would recommend to friends and relatives.

This place delivers pretty bad care to its patients.
