I went to their office, got my evaluation, Matt told me I needed a brace and he would work with me to strengthen and straighten my leg. I only saw some students that were training and a new therapist in his office. They knew nothing about the brace so they couldn’t answer any of my questions or help me with the brace at all! After being told I would work with Matt they switched up on me and I only had people work with me without the brace. My reason I was there was to use the brace. His brother who takes care of the business did let me know I would not be charged for the visits or the brace, because no one they put me with knew anything about the brace and I offered to give him the worthless brace back. He told me clearly because of the lack of time Matt had he was not available to work with me, that I would not be charged. Matts brother the co owner lied to me as well. They charged me so that was not true! They billed the insurance company and they sent me a bill for copayment for the office and for the brace! Not a good place to go unless you want to be sold a false bill of goods! Why did you lie to me about the treatment, the brace and office billing? They charged my insurance $1,780.00 any ways and expect $169.37 from me after telling me they were growing too fast and Matt didn’t have time to keep his commitments!

Duncan has helped my husband tremendously with balance, strength and better mobility. Great place!
