LiV Active Therapy Center Kendall

I have come here for two different injuries, first my back and then a torn achilles. I couldn’t be happier with the support and service they’ve given me. They are always on time and I have never had to wait even for a minute before they bring me in at my appointment time. I’ve had several different people working with me Kevin, Claudia, Nelson, Logan, and Javi. All of them and the assistants are very nice and all offer different variants of exercises and intensities that have helped get me back on my feet and walking normally again. I’m sure I will be running in no time thanks you their help. All of front office staff are also excellent and I’m happy to come here and get my exercises done while having good conversations with good people. The new facility compared to the old one is even better. More open space and more exercise machines and beds to make things move very efficiently. I don’t write many reviews but things have gone so great having them help me with my injuries that I can’t recommend this place enough.

Actually I'm attending at Liv Active therapy for PT. Kevin Fernandez is the person in charge. During my evaluation he asked me a lotbof questions. He sensed my nervousness and squelched my worries. I also want to give a shout out to the office staff. So professional and attentive. I can't tell you how much that means to me. The staff in the office from the assistants to the clerical staff were all so pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Kevin Fernandez DPT for anyone experiencing back pain.  I was very grateful with Kevin, he is very professional, showed me great knowledge regarding his specialty, he explained me with details and the most important thing, he was very educate person, kind, smart, emphatetic and compasive. I highly recommend  Liv Active as a provider with more than five stars. We need people that love the profession, I think it is the first card to show up to the patients when see the professionals in their center. Compassion, emphaty, kind and patience. I'm very satisfied with my choice

This Therapy Center is a 5 star facility, the staff is just amaizing, profesional, friendly and most of all caring. The facility is clean, organize and and very well equiped for every need. The staff from front desk to the staff are just super Caring.

DO NOT GO HERE! I’ve never been treated so poorly by a respectable medical facility. THEY made a mistake regarding my insurance and the office manager is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She is the face of the office and the one who is representing this facility and she embarrassed me infront of everyone for a mistake SHE made. She didn’t have the decency to apologize to me. I’m so disgusted with their behavior. Take your business elsewhere to people who care about their patients.

Both my husband and I have been using Liv for all our therapy needs for quite some time now. Therapists Javy, Kevin (DP), Claudia and Nelson are the very best. They really make you new again! Each of them are genuinely invested in their patients. Taking their time, explains all in Layman language. Often even more thorough than my own doctors. All are very professional and makes you feel at home with each visit as too are their assistants, Nat, Gizelle and Nathan. I can't say enough about Nat, Gizelle and Nathan, they're great! Knowledgeable, and super helpful. Cynthia, Jazzy, Eddy and their staff are amazing. They go beyond and above being accommodating to your needs. Never skipping a beat. Liv Active has and continues exceeding all our expectations. Highly recommend. Update: Liv Active has been treating my family for years for different matters. I just had a major surgery that unfortunately has gone sideways and immediately began therapy with them. They are so beyond amazing in helping their patients recuperate from whatever may come their way, that i had to update my previous review. In a very short time, Kevin, my therapist is remarkably knowledgeable with how the human body works. In my specific case this time around, first visit he immediately recognized and knew exactly the issue. In after just three therapy sessions with Kevin, I feel very hopeful for improvement and recovery just as they've always done in the past. Reason why I felt the need to update my previous review. Everyone at Liv, from Eddy, Cynthia, their staff and super amazing therapists, if I could give them 100 plus stars I would. We have and continue recommending many friends and family, all are very happy. And we're supporting our local businesses, Liv so deserves it.

The therapist are awesome, nelson, javy,logan,claudia and kevin and the assistants are the best, nathalie, reception cinthia, the best group ever!
