Please do not choose this company! My personal experience with one of the owners has shown me that I absolutely cannot trust their judgment or professionalism. My child attended ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, & Occupational Therapy there and I recently pulled him due to some shocking information that had been brought to my attention. There are so many other clinics and options for your child in the Shreveport/ Bossier area, so please do not limit yourself & go elsewhere!!

My oldest son has been going to Little Works for close to 4 years. My two youngest sons are now going too and we have nothing but positive things to say about them. We’ve used all three of their services (speech, occupational and ABA therapy). They set up goals for each child and the therapists do a thorough job explaining everything they do in each session to try to achieve those goals. They genuinely care about all my boys and it’s evident by how much my sons love being there. It’s the highlight of their day! Don’t walk RUN to Little Works. I promise you won’t regret it!

While the staff themselves are amazing they are constantly rotating in new people. The couple who owns and operates on the other hand have talked down to me, called me a liar and more. I do not suggest this place not because of the amazing staff who work with the children but because the owners are awful and will be incredibly rude to you if you bring up the slightest complaint. They will tell you one thing for ABA and yet you find out other kids have gotten in when supposedly your child is next on the list. Charge you money when your insurance covers it but then saves it for “next year.”

Little Works and it's employees are awesome! I highly recommend them for any child that is needing ABA therapy. My son has learned so much since he started going there. Amazing place and even better people!

I absolutely love Little Works they have been great working with my daughter. She absolutely love it there and has progress and blossom so much fast. The staff is excellent, beautiful facility, well organized, structured, have personally goal cater to each child, kid friendly family oriented. All of the therapists and RBT's Techs are all on one accord and they give parents feedback as well as coaching on how to achieve the goals at home. She receives all three services speech, occupational, and AbA therapy. This place has been a major blessing to our lives. It takes a village and passionate people to help and I can honestly said this was by far THE BEST DECISION I MADE EVER!!!!!!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! DONT WALK RUNNNNNN

I am a current occupational therapy student at Texas Woman’s University. Phillip Wardell, one of the owners, recently volunteered his time to come speak with us about his clinic and provide tips on interviewing as new OT graduates. His 15 years of experience owning Little Works made him a knowledgeable and helpful source, and we all greatly appreciated that he would come all the way to Denton to help us prepare for getting a job after we graduate. The way he spoke about his clinic made it obvious that he has a huge passion for creating the best possible environment for both the children who are treated there and the therapists who work there. I could go on, but in summary, I highly recommend checking out this family-owned clinic as they genuinely care more about providing kids with the best care than simply increasing the bottom line. Thank you, Phillip, for the wonderful tips and providing lunch for our students; and thank you, Kimberly, for the amazing goodie bags! If I ever find myself in Louisiana, I know where I will apply for a job or find therapy for my kids first! P.S. Little Works did not ask me to write this review, but I wanted to share my positive experience even though it was not directly related to therapeutic care.

By far the worst people I have come across in the care for my children. We weren’t even seen for our first evaluation appt. Not only were they unprofessional by talking about other patient’s parents negatively (I guess they thought no one could hear through the glass) but they let me sit in the waiting room 20-30 mins before telling me my appointment was cancelled. They claimed they called and sent out a letter. Lies! I went through my phone and messages and Little Works never contacted me. I was called rude for accidentally missing a previous appointment and accused of not caring for my children. I would never leave my children in the care of these people. If they treat me that way, then how would they treat my non-verbal babies. I am disgusted!
