I am so grateful to Little Steps and the speech and OT therapists that worked with my son! Both therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, caring and creative. They challenged him while always making it fun. They both came to know my son well, what he needed and how to help him achieve his goals. I feel forever indebted to both of his therapists, but his OT in particular, Maddie Schultz. She always understood him in ways many people do not and it was obvious in everything she did with him, how much she cared about him and enjoyed working with him. She was always very communicative and collaborated with us to help him at home and other settings. It was truly bittersweet to say goodbye when my son graduated from therapy. I highly recommend Little Steps!

Maddie, Julie, and everyone at Little Steps have been AMAZING. Very kind, patient, and always had good suggestions on how to incorporate certain exercises or movements into our every day life. Also, they had good suggestions for toys that helped my son learn while having fun.

Max has forever changed my daughter's life. With a combination of patience, creativity and skill, he has taken her from being unable to walk for nearly two years and helped her transform into a strong, athletic and confident young woman. And always with a smile, a word of encouragement and an infectious laugh. His knowledge is encyclopedic and his clinical skills are second to none. There is an old saying in medicine that if you want to know who is really the best in their field, find out who the doctor sends his family to. I have had the opportunity to work with many Physical Therapists over the years both as a parent of a patient and as a Sports Medicine physician and I can tell you that, given the choice, I would trust Max to care for my family every time.

Our experience with the physical therapist was fantastic. He gave our daughter excellent guidance and helped us know what to watch for at home. Unfortunately there are a number of issues with the front office - claims, billing, appointment scheduling, etc. It created such a headache in the end that had to pause appointments for over 6 weeks, at which point our baby made enough progress on her own that we discontinued service. These are likely both a result of LSPT's relationship with parent company (Ivy Rehab) and a lack of staffing in the front office. I wanted to leave a better review for the care we received.

My son had 6 months of OT. He worked with Maddie, whose energy and kindness helped him look forward to his weekly appointments. He overcame and made progress on several of his challenges, and I felt it really made a difference in those areas.
